Cheapest option so got this. Don't normally do. I like that you can hold the press for the right amount however I think the regular pump ones reach deeper. Doesn't feel as saline enough as my previous pump ones. Also, the part that goes in the nose is quite big!! Great if you have big nostrils.

This doesn't help with congestion at all. Get this if you feel like putting salt water up your nose and having it run out again. What's the point of a non-medicated nasal spray anyway?

A real life saver not only when one has a cold, but also when one has a blocked or runny nose from dust or allergens. Great for clearing out all the rotten stuff out
I bought this for my allergic sinusitis and it helps to clear them out prior to intranasal steroids.
This is the only choice when it comes to sinus relief. The standard pump spray doesn't reach to where this spray can. You won't want to use anything else.
Does a great job of sinus cleaning. The aerosol spray makes it easy to get it in all the hard to reach places. Much better than the pump spray.
