This is my third e-bike, following two fat tire bikes. I wanted a smaller/lighter ebike that weighed way less than my first two (90 lbs cruiser, 60 lbs folding) but still had decent battery life. After a week on paved and dirt roads, I find that:- build quality is good. I did find "loose than I would like" bolts on the handlebar and stem. But everything else worked out of the box. The front fender was harder to align than it should be, but eventually I got it where it wasn't rubbing on either side.- rack is wonderful, bolts have all stayed tight, and my saddlebags fit great.- speed, power, and battery life are all good. I took it on a 14 mile, 2500 vertical feet ride mostly on "econ" mode and only went down two bars on the battery. Stay tuned for a longer test with less vertical.- weight is acceptable for my purposes. I have to drag it up 30 steps, and while it isn't a featherweight, it is doable.- I'm not a fan of the curved handlebars. Would much prefer a flat bar.- The biggest compromise (known when I purchased it) was the 6 gears. Simply not wide enough of a range so it does not do well on steep hills nor does well at max speed. Really wish it had a lower gear so I could climb hills on econ without having to stand. And yes, I am likely an outlier on this as most folks aren't taking this bike out on steep hills.- Tires are surprisingly good in the dirt, at least on ascents. Descents are harder, but doable. In the end, I would highly recommend this for most folks. Heck of a value for a lighter weight but powerful e-bike.

Assembling was easy. You could tell from the packaging that someone really wanted to make it hassle-free for you. The quality seems pretty good and solid with custom made solutions.I've been driving on my C11 for a couple of weeks now without facing any issues. The power of the motor is amazing compared to my old e-bike. Battery seems also to keep the power as promised.I can warmly recommend buying a Fiido bike.Only downside was that the money was deducted 1 month before delivery due to prolonged delivery time. However, communication was good while waiting.

When I saw Fiido's electric bikes advertised on Facebook I was uncertain about there true quality considering their relatively cheap price. Nevertheless I placed my order for the Fiido C11 City E-bike, and considering the Fiido firm appear to be based in Hong Kong, I expected to have to wait for a month or more for delivery. So I was surprised and delighted to receive my order after only three or four days! It seems they arranged for a retailer in Ireland to have the bike delivered by courier right to my door. I can't guarantee that this may be their general policy in all countries. Perhaps I was just lucky or well favoured! The assembly of the bike was relatively straightforward except for a slight confusion since I was following YouTube video instructions and my ... MoreWhen I saw Fiido's electric bikes advertised on Facebook I was uncertain about there true quality considering their relatively cheap price. Perhaps I was just lucky or well favoured! The assembly of the bike was relatively straightforward except for a slight confusion since I was following YouTube video instructions and my bike turned out to be a slightly later model, so the connection of the electrical system was a little different! On trying out the bike for the first time I was impressed by it's ease of use. I already had a previous electric bike so generally knew how to handle one. The arrangement of the throttle as a dedicated lever rather than a twist throttle as on my old electric bike was a bit confusing since it was on the right with the gear change levers, so until I became used to the layout, the throttle could be engaged by accident instead of a gear change! Fortunately with no harmful results.I've had the bike (which was actually purchased for my wife) for a week or so now and tend to use it rather than my own electric bike since I find it so enjoyable to ride! The lowest gear is not that low, but this turns out to be no problem even on the steepest hills near where we live, since in normal or sport motor assist, the bike copes with them easily. The battery is easy to charge though I've yet to discover how many miles the battery will do considering the many hills we have to deal with on the average ride. All in all, so far, this electric bike is an excellent bike to use and great value for the price paid. I would recommend it to anyone, especially first time electric bike users, for it's ease of use.

Overall this is a wonderful bike for the price and I’m super happy. Unfortunately there were some flaws right out the box. The screw holes for the fenders were not drilled appropriately and the screws won’t work. 3 people tried and have decided they will need to be tapped again. That was a complaint I read about and hoped Fiido fixed the problem but apparently they didn’t. I’m currently using zip ties to hold the fenders on. Also, I ordered the front basket and when installed it sits cricked on the frame. So, it’s always slightly angled. Again, the holes were not the same depth, or the holes were not center, I had to put washers as spacers behind the plate to get the basket straight with the frame. Doesn’t look nice, but better than before. Also, the basket took a ... MoreOverall this is a wonderful bike for the price and I’m super happy. Unfortunately there were some flaws right out the box. Doesn’t look nice, but better than before. Also, the basket took a solid month to arrive after the bike and I ordered it at the same time as the bike. So far battery life seems fair, but I’m still collecting data. So far, on a fully charged battery I’ve traveled 23 miles on eco mode, 50 % hills, and have 2 out five battery bars left on charge. I’m expecting to get about 30 miles on a full charge eco mode. For reference, I’m a 112 lb female and don’t carry a ton of cargo with me. I love the 700 cc tires and the overall look to the bike is very nice. I also like that this bike is significantly lighter than the competition. Being a small woman, I need the option to ride it as a regular bike if the battery dies, and I don’t need help loading it onto my bike rack. Considering how many accessories this bike comes with, you can’t beat the price.

I recommend the company enhance its durability; I personally applied a carbon fiber sticker for added protection.Speed Limit: The top speed is limited to 40km/h, but I believe 50km/h would be more preferable.Lack of Anti-Theft Features: There is no anti-theft safety valve for the wheels, a feature commonly found among competitors.Charging Speed: While the battery charges at a reasonable pace, a faster charging time would be appreciated.Color Availability: I wish the bike was available in black.Smart Lock Limitation: The smart lock feature is currently only accessible via a smartwatch, which must be purchased separately. This functionality should also be available through the mobile app.Lack of Emergency Lighting: If the battery dies, there is no backup generator for the lights, which could be an issue when riding at night.Suggestions for Improvement:After riding approximately 125 kilometers over the past month—my first experience with electric bikes—I have a few suggestions for the company:Conceal Welds: Concealing the welds would enhance the bike’s aesthetic appeal.Phone Holder: Consider adding a phone holder in the middle of the handlebars. While this might increase costs, it would be a valuable addition.Water Bottle Accessory: Providing a water bottle holder would be highly convenient for riders.Final Thoughts:Thank you, Fiido, for an enjoyable and successful biking experience. I truly appreciate the quality and thoughtfulness that went into designing this electric bike.
I recieved bike several days ago via DPD Croatia. The instalation was simple. We tested the e-bike severl days about 120 km in thr city. The battery is durable and I can used bike several days without charging. The manual is good, but all funcion of thr control panel is not present in the instrucion. Additional information You can find on Youtube. I am satisfied with this e-bike and I can recommend the biike for the people who want to drive in the city where the problem is parking place or trafic jams. My avarage velocity was abou 15 km/h but sometimes I go faster when the condiotion was good. I seriously think about buying the new one for my wife.
The Fiido C11 City Bike is a fantastic piece of machinery, comfortable, stylish, powerful glides up hills like they're not there, theres nothing bad l can say about it its just an excellent e bike.I've seen other brands and makes but they dont even come close to the Fiido, C11City Bike, especially for cost, l couldn't believe how much of a bargain it was, my purchasing experience from Fiido couldn't be better, the bike arrived far sooner than l had anticipated which was great, but if I'd had to wait for ages it would have been worth it.Their whole range of bikes and accessories makes me want to collect even more of them my friend has the Titan what a bike that is he carries heavy bags of compost and animal feed on it to his allotment it carries them easily. After googling and YouTube research of numerous e-bikes brands I opted for the Fiido C11 based on extensive study of others reviews and ownership and the cost comparison to other e-bikes. The delivery took a while over a month and a half from payment to receipt of the bike. However to be honest it was well worth the wait. Once ready The delivery was seamless with an email confirmation then telephone notifications on exactly when it would arrive. It was packed and protected very well and the online assembly video is very easy to follow if you’re not familiar with using spanner’s and wrenches. For the price point the bike appears great value for money with a look and feel of a bike well made and the paintwork and welds look greatThe bike once activated rides Brilliantly and is remarkably quick with an ease of unlocking its full motor power at the touch of a button. And the same ease to restrict it to keep you road legal when required to do so. It’s very comfortable and has an upright relaxed riding geometry that you would associate with this sort of bike. Judging by the build the bike looks like it will stand the test of time. The bike was a purchased to get my partner back into riding and I liked it so much that I’ve ordered a FiidoTitan for myself and eagerly await its arrival at time of writing. Of which I will review once received
I love this bike. Does what it should. I'm using it as a commuter to work and home.Apart from the mudguard and it's attachment, what are not the best ( the mudguard attachment bit touches the tyre on the right side and makes noise, so I'll have to modify it or change the whole mudguard system, the bike is great.I named her Tsunami. 😜 All my friends like her, and some people at my work place are interested in it. I recently purchased a Fiido electric bicycle, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with its performance. The bicycle itself is well-built and meets my expectations in terms of quality and design. However, there's one significant issue that has been affecting my overall experience, and that's the battery performance. Unfortunately, the battery doesn't seem to hold its charge very well, which has been a bit disappointing. This affects the overall usability and convenience of the bicycle, especially for longer rides or daily commutes.Despite this drawback, I appreciate the other features and functionality of the Fiido bicycle. I hope the company takes note of the battery performance issue and works to improve it in future models.
