Good value, it came mostly pre-assembled which was nice. Feels sturdy enough, there's a bit of wobble, but that's to be expected for an adjustable hyperextension in this price range. Overall happy with the purchase.
Good piece of gear for the price but it is not commercial gym quality. If you are going to use it a lot or really load it up I am pretty sure the support arm will fail eventually. Fine for a home gym.
