I was hesitant buying a mattress in a box yet pleasantly surprised. It was easy enough to drag into the house. Easy to un-box. Easy to put onto the bed base and unravel. However, it suddenly felt heavier when i had to turn the unravelled mattress over to the correct side which I thought was quite funny after doing the rest of it without a hitch. It was amazing to watch it decompress. I don't know why anyone thinks there is a chemical smell as I'm pretty sure it's just the scent of the green tea and it's quite nice. The strength of the scent lasted about 24hours without the window open (it was smoky outside so I couldn't). I waited 48 hours before I used it, though it was ready to go in 24. It isn't sinking, but a gentle ease into comfort. I've been telling my overseas friends about how bizarre this new concept is and how surprisingly good it is. To anyone reading this I say, "I understand your scepticism, but it's ok. You just need to know your firmness requirement." I took a chance on the firm. I had a pillow top before. It is very different but honestly, I've done nothing but sleep since I got it. :D

I purchase this mattress for our guest room over Christmas and so far 3 guests have slept on it and all three mentioned they got a great nights sleep and that the mattress was very comfortable. It was also a bargain price in comparison to similar advertised mattresses. I did my homework and I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

Can't get my sister to go home, she loves our new spare bed. My daughter has it lined up for her bed when she leaves, it's a hit. I would call this a soft mattress but still supportive. I swear I've never bought a bad product from this website, just continues to deliver great goods affordably.

Love it! Arrived in a box no bigger than a large moving carton, super light to move, and comfy as! Lovely supportive firmness whilst still feeling cushiony and soft. Can't think of any reason to spend more when you can get this one.

The mattress came in a flat pack. I love how it would fluff up the moment I opened the plastic. The mattress is not heavy and I can easily move it when making the bed.The memory foam mattress is perfect for my toddler especially since it contours the body while sleeping.The mattress was purchased during the sale and it was great that I did. It was affordable!

I purchased this mattress last week for occasional use for guests. It arrived quickly, rolled up in a box. When removed from the box it quickly enlarges to it's normal size. This mattress is very comfortable and soft but supportive. My guests said they enjoyed sleeping on it and were very thankful to have such a comfy mattress. I am very pleased I bought it as it is great value for money.

I bought the firm Helena tea infused mattress. Bought one for my elder kid a few days ago and liked it some much that I ordered another one for my little one. Best of all, the product was delivered the next day. 20cms memory foam mattress, doesn't give out the new factory smell after opening the packing. remember to give the mattress at least 24-48 hours rest before you could start using it. Will recommend this product for people looking for a mattress for a kids bed or to use in the guest room.

I ordered this mattress for my campervan. It arrived as promised and I released it from the pack to expand. The company recommends giving up to 72 hours to fully expand and I agree. There were still some sharp indentations after a day and I was worried but I left it alone and they have now disappeared. I think they were from folds in the plastic. I have not slept on it yet but I initially thought it was much softer than I wanted. After a few tests I realize it wasn't the soft upper level which really gives way to support my hips and shoulders while the bottom layer gives good support. I think it will be perfect for my needs.

I purchased this single firm mattress as a test with an intention to purchase queen. The mattress packaging is well done with post cards (thank you etc.) and nice instructions. The mattress itself doesn't feel as firm but may be its just me. However, the biggest concern is that it hasn't adjusted well specially from the middle (as shown in the pic). Its been two days since its been laid on the bed and its was just placed on the floor on its own for the two days prior. Further to this, when I sit at the end of the mattress it just literally sinks in. It sinks in alot and quickly become uncomfortable to sit. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone and my experience so far hasn't been great. I will not be ordering the queen mattress.

I purchased this single bed for my van upgrading from the cheap foam one I had. I am so happy with it. It's thick and firm and sleeping like a baby on itMy daughter has the much more expensive brand mattresses and I can't tell the difference so for the money I saved getting this I'm extremely happy
