This hot plate is the perfect size to replace a 35 year old cook top. It’s low voltage so there’s no upgrades needed to the power supply.It’s simple to use. Very happy with it.

This cooktop was a replacement for my previous Fisher Paykel cooktop that had unfortunately come to the end of its working life Approx. 13 years. We had to search for a hob that fitted the aperture in the stove bench and also one that was a “low current”, this one fitted the bill. Although initially I wasn’t happy with it as there are only 4 cooking zones as opposed to the 5 I have been used to with the nice big circular zone in the middle not there, but I am slowly getting used to it. It’s nice and streamlined and has features similar to my first one, not too happy about the noisy fan that comes on automatically when there are more than 2 zones on. It’s a straightforward no nonsense appliance.
