As far as I am concerned my comment ' you can't improve on perfection' fits my Fisher and Paykel electric cooktop in all respects. Easy to use, easy to clean, money saver and an attractive design. I honestly can' find any area that could be improved on.I am very happy in all areas.

For years I have been cooking using a ceramic hob and it has been impossible to maintain a steady temperature on the elements. I would manually try to control it to maintain the temperature I needed but this was difficult. Finally a friend told me to get it tested and this showed that it actually needed to be replaced. I promptly ordered a new ceramic hob and it is FANTASTIC! I now have full control and can maintain a full range from simmer across all elements.

The cooktop cooks well, although it takes a bit of getting used to how to control the temperature. It is quite difficult to clean and keep looking shiny, especially around the knobs. The knobs would be better placed at the side.
This is a great stove top .. cooks great with great control ... only thing is when wiped to clean hard to get rid of the streaks ..
I am very pleased with my cooktop which uses control knobs rather than digital controls. I have found digital controls hard to use in apartments when on holiday.
Looks good but heating up the pan is very slow and it goes on and off a lot. We are use to gas, so this is new to us but really don’t find it good to cook with. We have the correct pans and it is still very slow and it takes so long to cool down. I wouldn’t recommend.
Very nice to cook with. Would prefer controls down right side! Harder to clean than my Westinghouse which was 17 years old and looked like new til elements went!
Pleased with most of the cooktop, but very disappointed with the way it looks after cleaning..Bought the F&P ceramic cooktop cleaner, and even that does not bring it up nice and unmarked..
We purchased this oven because we wanted a no fuss, lo technical (as in proper knobs instead of touch control) we are extremely happy with every function. We have a daughter with a disability so ease of use was very important. We are often discriminated by technology.
