I purchased the double drawer for our newly acquired apartment and it is perfect. After having the single drawer unit in the office for many years without incident, I knew I was making the right choice. Good brand and service. I love being able to use just the single drawer most of the time and the versatility of using both when family and friends have been over. No issues with the purchase and it looks great with the gloss white drawers of the kitchen. So easy to sue and quiet. Would certainly recommend

This is the second F&P dishdrawer dishwasher that we've owned - the first was in our old house when we renovated our kitchen and we loved it. The new place had a cheap dishwasher in it when we moved in and we decided to lash out and buy another F&P dishdrawer.We both love that the two drawers can be used independently so you don't have to wait to fill an entire dishwasher before putting it on. It cleans brilliantly and is very quiet. Apparently it uses less than 7 litres of water per wash, which is less than you would use filling the sink.Delivery was a breeze - very quick and at no cost. Recommended to anyone thinking of replacing or upgrading their current dishwasher.

I bought it about 3 months ago and I am very happy with it. I have never known s dishwasher to be so quiet. I love the cycle options. The only problem I have is, the top racks for the mugs are not adjustable so sometimes I have trouble positioning them so I can close the draw. Also be careful as if you have the large square plates they won’t fit, they are too tall. Apart from that couldn’t be happier. There are 8 people in our family and it serves very well. Love the two draw option and they can be run at the same time or individually. Be careful not all models do but we wanted that option so we specifically ordered this model.

Love the double drawers, but disappointing performer. My dishes come out dirty unless I stack plates double-spaced apart instead of one in each slot, which effectively halves its capacity and requires more loads. Dishes are still dirty if I use Aldi cheapest tablet ($4 for 30 tabs) only get results with Fairy ($25 for 27 tabs) or Finish and clean the filter weekly not monthly. Our previous Bosch worked fine with Aldi cheap tablets whichever way we stacked it, no double-spacing required and rarely had to clean the filter; plus the lower dishdrawer height means our chopping boards and racks must be stacked flat rather than upright, again requiring extra loads. This machine cost the same as our previous Bosch but makes us spend more on tablets, maintenance and run more ... MoreLove the double drawers, but disappointing performer. I give this overall 4 stars but it’s probably more because of the lifestyle benefits it offers me and the family over its dishwashing quality. I was (am) quite perturbed the inside is all plastic. Had I seen it in a shop and not made a rash online purchase, that would have turned me off. Dishes get clean but the cycles are long. The kick board is also a flimsy piece of plastic that we still have been able to successfully attach to under the bottom drawer. Upsides. We mainly use the top drawer which is so nice because we are not bending down all the time. I also fill it up and turn it on much more regularly, knowing that I can just start stacking the next round of dirty dishes while the other drawer is in use. Those two features really redeem this dishwasher.
The entire experience of replacing my dish drawer recently was 100% satisfactory. I ordered the Fisher & Paykel dish drawer at 6pm to replace a very old one that had run out of steam. The new machine was delivered at 2.30pm the next day, and the old one removed by the 2 strong delivery guys. Excellent service. The new dish drawer was installed a few days later and is fantastic (and shows just how worn out the old machine was). I love this machine and highly recommend it.
We had dish draws 10 years ago and then switched back to a normal dishwasher when we moved (it was already in the house). For the next few years, we always complained that we loved the flexibility of having 1 on and still be able to stack dirty dishes. Once we moved again, we jumped at the chance and haven't looked back since. This is the best for a large household.
This dishwasher replaces my recently dead DD601 (first run) dish drawer which did hard labour for 15 years. This model doesn't disappoint. Better design, quieter running, cleans very well. Controls on the front face is a major improvement over the early drawers. However, I did notice that the drawer tubs are not as deep as the early models. Can be an issue stacking tall glasses. But otherwise a quality build dishwasher.

You also need to ensure you rinse your dishes as even the smallest item can get through to the impeller and result in having to get the impeller replaced.Sadly, the worst thing is that when it was less than a year old, the face of the 2 drawers on 2 specific spots has started to wear away and rust. This makes the whole dishwasher look second hand. This is an expensive item and should hold up better. I was a super yacht stewardess for over 15 years, so I know how to clean and take care of very expensive items. Purchased a double DishDrawer in 2008 and had no problems with it (probably still going OK). Moved house in 2016 and purchased a new DishDrawer unit. In less than four years have had to replace the top drawer lid as it leaked, the filter plate as the silicon seal perished and the pump O-ring as it stretched. Also, a rack clip has failed. All up nearly $500 parts and labour, and now the bottom drawer has failed. Am very disappointed at the unreliability of the unit and wonder what changed in the manufacture of DishDrawers between 2008 and 2016? Have just purchased a Bosch replacement.
