Nonetheless, when it did arrive, the delivery people hauled it up three flights of stairs and took the care to clamp the outlet hose onto the spigot when installing to avoid a potential flood, so no issues at all with that aspect of the delivery service.

This is a great washer dryer if your plumbing is on the RIGHT side of the machine. But if your plumbing is on the LEFT side, then unfortunately the draining hose will be too short. The delivery people confirmed this is an issue with this model, and it was very disappointing when I reached out to Fisher & Paykel only to be told that I needed to separately purchase a 'hose extension kit'. This should really be advertised with the machine details for transparency.

We are very happy with our purchase and the customer service received from Appliances Online. Unlike some other electrical goods companies, they don’t advertise as having the stock, only for it to be on back order when you try to purchase! Would recommend to friends and family. We have found the dryer good for finishing off damp items. Have not tried to go from wash to dry as yet. Very solid machine.

We have only been using the washing machine for about two months, during this period there are no complaints. The machine is very quiet, it washes / spins perfectly. In my opinion, the money was paid for the quality of the car, not for the design. This conclusion is made on the basis of previous bad experience.
I have never owned a Washer/Dryer Combo before, and had heard mixed reviews. The negative comments I read were mainly to do with the drying capacity. Sure, it does take a bit longer to dry than a stand alone dryer would, but what do you expect! I've found that if you don't overload it during drying, it works well. It's just when you try and put too much in it, you may have to run it for a bit longer. In summary, I think this is a great Washer/Dryer Combo, and perfect for an apartment. If you want a dryer that drys super fast, then perhaps look at buying an individual dryer.
I bought this machine as a replacement to a Samsung washer/dryer and it has been amazing. Washes and dries with speed, and never leaves my clothes feeling damp. Doesn’t have build up around the rim which is great. I do agree that the detergent dispenser can have a build up of water particularly after drying a load due to humidity, not a great design, however, I just make sure I empty it after a load and it is fine. I love the ability to add a garment if I have forgotten as this was a feature my old Samsung did not have. I also love the multiple drying options for a quick or refresh dry if you are in a hurry. It’s quiet and is extremely energy and water efficient. Would highly recommend this model.

As a dryer it does takes a bit longer than a normal dryer which I have as well. The dried clothes initially has a slight plastic scent however after a couple of weeks the scent disappeared. I love the combo option as I can do my second last wash then put it in my vented dryer to dry, then I put my last washing load in the machine set the dry option and leave the house. No more waiting for the machine to finish.. I just love it. you will too

I can say after a month of use that it was the best appliance I have ever bought! Having a separate washer and dryer is not possible in my current rental property due to size, but this machine fits perfectly in my tiny laundry and my partner and I can just "set and forget" - a few hours later our washing is perfectly clean and dry! We have retired our indoor clothes hanger as it is no longer required. The machine is relatively quiet and very energy and water efficient. Delivery & installation was so easy; next day delivery arrived right on time (I received a two hour time frame on the morning of delivery), the installation took no more than 10 minutes, there was no rubbish or packaging to worry about & the delivery person was lovely! This machine is doing my head in! I wanted the convenience of a washer /dryer combo so I could wash or dry separately, as I don't always like to put my clothes through the dry setting when it's a sunny day. The machine doesn't seem to like the options I choose. I haven't yet been able to dry a load separately. In choosing the dry setting it just won't dry!! after 2 hours of drying it is still wet! Why? I can't figire it out because the options are so complicated and what the instruction booklet says to do won't let me select on the machine. I hope you have better than me if you purchase this machine. I hope the manufacturer will come to my rescue. Very frustrating.
