You'll even get the NHS discussing claims and counter-claims as what effect chocolate has depression.

This Fitbit Flex 1 is just enough for what I need. It is simple and I love that. It tracks sleep and steps which is what I want. It also has active minutes, active hours, it estimates calories burned and you can enter weight information. It works like many of the other trackers and is counting "steps" based on arm motion. This does not bother me, but if you don't swing your arms or are frequently pushing a cart, stroller or walker, it will not count those steps. I love being able to change bands easily. I love all the color options! The unit is taken out of the back of the band to be charged or to replace bands. It cannot fall out. When I sync the device, all the details are there. You also receive weekly reports in your email. I am very happy with the purchase! It is water resistant (splash proof). It arrived as promised from the seller in original packaging with all pieces present. It came with a USB charger, Fitbit unit, and two orange bands(1 small and 1 large).

I am usually not big on brand new, but really was ready for change so ordered it. I love the fact that its waterproof. My old one I had to take off for the pool but this one Ill be able to wear all summer. The step count is spot on with what my old one said, at least for areas that I know and walk a lot. The only complaint I have about it (and Ive had it for just about a month) is that the mileage isn't real accurate on it. I didn't expect it to be, so that wasn't a deal breaker for me in ordering it, but on a 4 mile run, it might only catch 3.7 miles of it... and thats with GPS on. Ive run with it and my phone (which is what I typically use, that and knowing the routes I run ahead of time) and it will rate your times off, and doesn't catch all the mapping. But everything else it does (including the weight training exercise option) I can tolerate it being off and just adjust it.

I checked online on how to improve my credit score, I read a lady’s comment on how ROOTKITS CREDIT SPECIALIST became the savior of her family to solve credit issues. I emailed them via: rootkitscreditspecialist @ gmail . com and texted on +1 760 474 3440 regarding credit issues. It was incredible, I’ve been monitoring my credit report it’s a permanent fix. I needed to be sure of my credit, which made me to apply for a PPP loan and has been approved by SBA. I strongly recommend them to anyone; they are very fast and liable.
I have to start by saying that I did get a 2nd degree burn from this. The little chip heated up and started to burn me. I wasn't sure what was going on at the time. I think it was because I showered with it and some water may have not dried properly. Idk. Other than that this is definitely a great way to track your activities and sleep. Information seemed accurate and I actually like reading I didn't get enough steps in.. so I could go do some exercises!

I really wanted this for my birthday however I was hesitant to ask for it because so many people were giving it negative reviews. I decided to try it anyway and I am absolutely in love with it!! I've had the band for 3 months now and have not had very many problems. I find the fitbit to be extremely accurate in step counting and you may get a few floating steps but nothing that seriously skews your data. I love the online feature that lets you log your activity and food intake because it really helps me try to promote a healthy lifestyle. You can even log activities that aren't just walking or running (I'm a dancer and dance 10-20 hours a week so I love that feature) and it will calculate your calories burned etc. I also love the fitbit premium (part of online ... MoreI really wanted this for my birthday however I was hesitant to ask for it because so many people were giving it negative reviews. I love the online feature that lets you log your activity and food intake because it really helps me try to promote a healthy lifestyle. You can even log activities that aren't just walking or running (I'm a dancer and dance 10-20 hours a week so I love that feature) and it will calculate your calories burned etc. I also love the fitbit premium (part of online dashboard) which is $50 a year but totally worth it as it gives you a really in depth analysis of all your data, however, if you don't want to pay, the regular dashboard is also really helpful. I also love that it is waterproof because I can use it to swim in the pool or shower and not worry that it is going to stop working. I haven't had any problems with water damaging it but I don't know if I would recommend using it for diving, or ocean use (salt water is never good) or swimming where it will be submerged frequently even though it says these are all acceptable.Additionally, the fitbit gives you a lot of positive motivation both on the dashboard and the band itself (it does a little happy dance when you reach your goals) and even though they're seemingly insignificant online"badges" it really makes me feel good that I met my goal for the day or a long term goal and it motivates me to want to keep achieving these "badges".I only gave it 4 stars because there are some areas for improvement.First it does not tell you stairs climbed. I really wish this was an option as I often choose to take the stairs over elevators etc and I wish that it would record them as stairs and not just stepsSecond the band gets really easily dirty and discolored. I have the band in teal and it has become discolored with dirt around the edges (particularly the clasp) it does come off with a little soap and water but not all the way. I'm going to order a darker color band and this will hopefully solve that problem.Third the only thing I really dislike is that the "dongle" that plugs into your computer to sync your data is pretty flimsy and sometimes when its plugged in my computer doesn't register it and I have to fiddle around to make it work, however, I have not needed to replace it so far.Fourth I do wish it had a watch feature as I dislike wearing a watch and the bandOverall this is a great and convenient activity tracker and I use it everyday, love the look, and I really think it helps me improve activity.
I purchased a Fitbit a few months ago and I am reviewing my experience with the item based off of its usefulness, functionality, and style. I also really like the computer program that comes with the Fitbit and the fact that there is a phone app you can connect your Fitbit to. It makes it so easy to check the exact number of steps you have taken and how far you have until you reach your goal. Sometimes the lights on the actual Fitbit can be hard to activate so having an app to check as well is extremely convenient. The app also has great features like a place to track your food and ways to compete with others. If any of your friends have a Fitbit, you can compete in step challenges against them to push yourself even harder to reach your goal. This makes reaching your goals so much more fun.One of the best features the Fitbit has is the sleep tracker. While you are sleeping, your amount and quality of sleep is tracked. It is so interesting to see how many times you woke up during the night and for how long. Before I received my Fitbit, I was unaware I woke up during the night at all. You can use the Fitbit as an alarm clock as well, so after you have had your night’s sleep tracked, you can have a nice and calming vibration come from your Fitbit to wake you. This feature is especially handy, as this type of alarm will not disturb others.I also really like the Fitbit’s sleek look. It is small enough that it does not become a burden but still large enough for functionality. I choose to purchase mine in black but there are many great colors that you can choose from.I am very happy with my Fitbit and I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially those in need of some fitness motivation. I find myself pushing much harder to reach my step goals than I ever did before.
This review is based on a Fitbit Flex I owned previously as well as this one I purchased and promptly returned.I purchased this Fitbit because I actually owned one previously but I lost it. I didn't want to buy the more expensive models because I already own an Apple Watch Sport Series 1 and found that it is more accurate in tracking my exercise and movements. What the Fitbit Flex has on the Apple Watch is that it tracks sleep, last for about 7 days on a single charge, pairing with the Aria scale and a very well laid out and comprehensive app and desktop user interface that keeps track of your goals, progress and allows you to interact with your friends that also have Fitbit products. I liked those features and purchased it to take part in using them and to have a similar device as my wife so we could work out together, compare our fitness levels and hold each other accountable. My big issue with owning the previous Fitbit is that I lost it due to the closure/clasp coming loose. It had actually come loose a few times prior to me losing it but it had been in the house or the car so I was able to find it. It will come off sometimes when you put on a jacket to something with long sleeves. My wife had one and it happened to her a few times as well. I lost it in an area near my job. I searched and backtracked but was unable to find it. Afterwards, I saw that some aftermarket companies (including Best Buy) made a loop/slider that fit over the area that latches together to keep it on your wrist. Definitely a design flaw and I'm pretty sure it's the reason it was re-designed, hence the introduction of the Flex 2.So after all that being said, why buy another one? Like I said previously, I like the extra features it provides over the Apple Watch and I already had the desktop, app and scale set up with my stats. So after purchasing this new Flex, I opened it up and tried to set it up on my existing account and had issues getting it to sync. I tried everything the instructions asked. I deleted the old Flex, updated the app, deleted the app and reloaded it, shut my bluetooth off and turned it on again, shut off my phone and turned it on again, tried doing it initially when it was only at 20% battery and then tried it again several times when it was 100% charged. Still no dice so I returned it. I guess I could've called customer service but I didn't feel like waiting and my previous experience with them after losing my first Fitbit was non-responsive.I may just upgrade to the basic Flex 2 and see how that works. This is not to bash the Flex as I stated before, it does some things well but if this is your first fitness band purchase, I would go with the Flex 2.
The Fitbit Flex was a disappointment to me. First of all, it did not measure my sleep accurately, and sleep measurement was my primary reason for purchasing this product. I found that it consistently WAY underestimated the time it takes me to fall asleep, logging between 6 and 11 minutes most nights when I knew with certainty that I was wide awake and tossing and turning, catching glimpses of my alarm clock, for 30 to 90 minutes before I got to sleep. Secondly, after only 3 weeks wearing the product, the band broke. I've since read online that this is a not uncommon complaint. The band broke while I slept, at the edge of the little window. The thin bit of plastic there (you only see this AFTER the band breaks) is hard and apparently too fragile. I wonder now if this ... MoreThe Fitbit Flex was a disappointment to me. I wonder now if this is why the manufacturer includes a second band of the same color in the box, but I haven't great hopes that this second band will last me much longer than the first did. I think in another 3 weeks I'll be tired of this "toy" in any case. My third disappointment is that the band is not comfortable to wear. My wrists and forearms are skinny and so the band does not wrap snugly around such a wrist like a watchband does. Even on the tightest setting, the band angles away from my wrist. It thus slides up and down my wrist and won't stay in one place for long---a major annoyance while doing most chores (gardening, horse care, dishwashing) and hand-busy activities like quilting. This clunkiness made taking off shirts and sweaters cumbersome, in having to stretch the sleeve ends carefully over the band to keep them from snagging on the Fitbit. And finally, that buzzing at 10,000 steps? I thought I would get used to it, as I hit that mark most days, but it has continued each day to "shock" me (startle me and my heart) in a most unpleasant way, nearly causing me to drop heavy things I was carrying at that moment. In short, if I could turn back the clock, I would not have bought the Fitbit. It was a self-indulgence and now I feel silly for wasting my money.
