Definitely worth the price for health stats it's exactly what I was looking for! Realtime heart rate, ECG capable, measures skin temp, SPO2 and even measure the decibel level of your snoring! I also find the watch as a whole to be very comfortable and stylish. It looks great with anything, plus you can change the clock face to suit your style. The battery life can be up to 6 days, but that's very dependant upon how many apps you have and how often you have it taking readings and doing smart things. I would say I probably have it running at max capacity all the time and I can easily go a 2-3 days on a charge. And when charging it, you can go from dead to full charge in about half an hour. I generally take it off and put it on the charger when I take a shower ... MoreDefinitely worth the price for health stats it's exactly what I was looking for! That way it gives my wrist a break/clean and my Fitbit is always fully charged! Overall, I'm very very happy with this purchase!

I received this Fitbit sense for an early Mother’s Day present from my husband. It has so many features available! It measures your body temperature, oxygen levels, you can answer your phone, see text messages, other phone notifications, you can play games and you can use your Alexa or google home assistants they are so many other things too. I feel like the band is more secure then my inspire HR. I find the band really comfortable to wear. It charges pretty fast and lasts a pretty decent amount of time as well. The screen is clear and bright and it’s easy to navigate.

I've seen people complain about the pricing of this watch, and there is no doubt it's a lot of money, but it's still cheaper than an Apple Watch, in fact, it's cheaper than a lot of watches, like the Casio Men's G-Steel for example, which isn't even really a smartwatch. So I think fairly priced in comparison, given its features. This isn't my first smartwatch. That honor goes to the best of them all, the one and only Pebble. Sadly they're no more after being acquired by Fitbit.. Only time will tell... ;P But so far so good! I've only had it for a day so I'll update this again later.CONS?The only thing I don't like about it so far is the strap. They also changed the way it connects to the watch, so I can't use my old leather band from my previous Versa which is actually from my Pebble! So now I have to shell out more cash for a new band, but at least I got the watch on sale, so that helps.PROS:My older Fitbit Versa was always finicky when it came time to showing me the time when raising my hand to check, the Sense nails it every time no matter the position, just a slight flick of the wrist activates the screen.Tip:If you find you're running into any issues, unpairing, and factory resetting the device and repairing can work wonders. Make sure you've also completed the setup process, I thought I had, but it turns out it didn't and I had all kinds of issues as s result and was ready to return it.

Received a Fitbit Sense last Christmas. First thing in January my strap fell off. Reconnected but only lasted a few weeks. Next my charging charging cable broke. 4 magnetic connections and 1 broke off. My fitbit strap finally disconnected again almost totally losing the 300 dollar watch. Bought 2 more straps but unable to connect 1 side due to the receptor unable to reset. Can't contact anyone from Fitbit willing to help. Absolutely the WORST purchase ever. Stay away from Fitbit!
I had been advised by fitbit that my Fitbit Iconic had been recalled.Having done some research on a suitable replacement I opted for the fitbit sense, silver.I checked out several online stores and although Myer was not the best deal I was advised they had the item in sock in Melbourne. So I placed the order and paid with Paypal on 12 Mar 2022.The item arrived at Subiaco on 1 Apr, whilst I both expect and accept delays due to current circumstances I believe that this was totally unacceptable. Very disappointing.I could have purchased this item at a better price elsewhere and probably would have been delivered sooner.I await your reply and look forward to seeing your actions.
I have had the Sense for a little over a week.It is a nice watch. It gathers all the information about your health that it says it will - and it does it well. Keeps track of the steps, etc. as well.I have already started to better understand my habits and where I need to improve. The watch fits well - and the strap does not bother my sensitive skin (prone to eczema) - so that is a plus.I wanted it for tracking my sleep and doing simple EKG - and it does both pretty well. I like the free trial of the advanced features - but will have to learn more to be able to say whether I will keep subscribing to it after the free 6 month trial of those features. The watch works well - and I have to admit it is a little bit of a motivator to get out and move.I find it a ... MoreI have had the Sense for a little over a week.It is a nice watch. I need to learn a little more about how to navigate the watch interface to truly make better use of it.Overall - I like it. A little pricy - but depending on what you are looking for - worth the extra cost.
The Sense is great for tracking steps, sleep, spO2, pulse, ECG and other health related data. It does a lot more than most other smart watches. It's definitely a health device first and smart watch second. Now, the warnings...The interface is clunky and not smooth at all. Often it does not respond to your touch, doesn't wake or stutters moving between screens. Fitbit's software or hardware are not optimised for the user experience here. Coming from a Galaxy Watch that's several years older this is a big step down in performance. I hope this can all be fixed in software updates but not sure seeing as there have been several updates already and none have addressed this.Battery life is nowhere near advertised if you use any health tracking. I hope this can all be fixed in software updates but not sure seeing as there have been several updates already and none have addressed this.Battery life is nowhere near advertised if you use any health tracking. Fitbit says 6 days - not a chance. Not even close. you get 2-2.5 days if you actually use the watch. If you turn all the tracking off, then you get 6 days. Which, if that's what you want to do, just buy a regular watch. I see the Fitbit forums full of people complaining about getting less than advertised batter life and Fitbit's response is to turn most health tracking features off....SMH.Lastly, the premium plan. It's requires for more detailed health stats such as better sleep tracking and reports along with some videos and fitness programs. While I'd pay for this, no way on earth it's worth $13 CAD a month. When my 6 months free trial expires, unless Fitbit adds way more value or drops the price, I will definitely NOT be paying into this. Oh and by the way, some of the paywalled features Fitbit offers are completely free from everyone else. I'd reconsider this watch if this information is important to you.
I bought this watch less than 6 months ago and wore it during regular workouts in the gym and on walks and it was fine. I wore it for my first baseball game and dove for a ball to catch it and the screen cracked. First game. I told my friend about it and he let me know he went hiking and slipped and his cracked as well. We were both told it's not covered under warranty even though FitBit doesn't provide any shock cover options in their accessories. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WATCH!!!! Extra features cost $130 per year to access, so half of what is advertised about what the watch can do costs a monthly fee to utilize.
I bought this watch Nov 2020 in best buy. I have already changed and returned it 3X in best buy which by the way best buy was very accomodating and helpful. But this watch is a disappointment, issues? The face frozen up and start to not working, does not start or restart when tried so many times. The face itself is fibrillating, cant swipe either left, right, up or down. I was kinda hopeful that my 2nd replacement would be better but not what i expected. Then the 3rd one, im pretty sure for the 3rd watch it would last for a while and maybe there would be no issues, guess what it got frozen again and no capability of swiping, i was able to shut it down at one point but when i restarted it again it was a fail, face just stays, no swiping, & cant see other app ... MoreI bought this watch Nov 2020 in best buy. I purchased a Sense in December. I liked the styling and the features and the online reviews were excellent. It worked great through all of January but then the problems began. I found three problems. 1. It was over-stating the floor count by 5-6 times, 2. It was adding extra steps (once 45,000 steps) and 3. the face and casing started wearing after just 2 months of use. After a month of back and forth I received a replacement from Fitbit. The replacement did not work from the start. It had three new problems. 1. Significantly over-stating my heart rate. I would show a HR of 110 and I counted it at 75. 2. Understating floor count and 3. Oxygen saturation measures did not work at all.In contacting Fitbit support they told me that HR issues are a known design issue ... MoreI purchased a Sense in December. They said that if I had purchased from Fitbit directly they would provide a full refund. Of course, I am several months past Best Buys return period so they have left me with a $400 useless toy. Very disappointed. The internet forums are full of similar sad stories about Fitbit. They seem to be plagued with quality and consistency issues. The exact things your really need in a fitness tracker. My advice: Definitely stay away from the Fitbit Sense and likely stay away from all Fitbit devices. The competitors offer strong choices that are well reviewed.
