This is my third Fitbit. I love the new design of the band. I used to get the band tangled in the sheets at night. Sometimes it would even come off. This band tucks underneath so there is nothing poking out to grasp clothing or sheets. It seems to last longer on a charge than my last one. I love the new design for the charger. It is magnetized. I simply put the charger next to the Fitbit, it grasps it with magnets, and it charges. I also do not need to worry if I accidentally get it wet when I wash my hands. It can handle the water now.

I am enjoying it! Got it as an early Mother's Day gift, so I've been wearing it for 4 days(all day and all night) now and still have 34% battery left. I have an iPhone so the text feature isn't available, I can still read texts on it but can't quick text back unfortunately. Sometimes syncing to the app can be finicky but it eventually works a few minutes later when I try again, not really a big deal to me. I had an Apple Watch prior to this and I'm really trying to focus on my health after just having my second kid and this lays out everything for you in one place in the app so I can track my macros, water, steps, workouts, sleep, stress, readiness, etc all in the app.... unlike Apple Watch where I have to have multiple different apps for it all.

So far I really like this Versa 4! Loving the slimmer design and the new style band without the little sliding tab. Now the band won't get caught or come out of place. I hated that!! Feels smoother now that you can slide left or right when navigating. I like that the music option and other apps were removed. They added a lot more exercises and that it gives you a readiness score each day. Love that it comes with a free 6 month Premium subscription too! I think it was a little pricey but being able to use my target card for the %off and some gift cards with the purchase helped out.

I bought this for my mom.. Her last one broke/band broke and she uses it all the time. She a Step Counter... made her happy. Easy to set up tracks all her progress with more information than her last one. She was happy which means I am Happy. Now I know how it works and keep track of her steps as well and give her grief when she doesn't reach her steps. :-) She likes it, it offers more than her last watch, wasn't to hard for me to set up, little difficult for her to do it. took around 10 minutes from the computer. I don't know what other watches offer but this was simple to manage and easy to setup which was perfect for her.
I upgraded from The Sense to the Versa recently. Battery on Sense was not holding and the Versa had more newer features.I like the same screen size and display. I really like being able to GPS navigate my walks on the Versa.Another upgrade was the ability to change the display facing from the app at any time. I can now have up to 5 different screen displays to choose from for FREE. Now I can have whimsy to my workouts and walks.Battery life so far has been great. Charge once a week and I still have battery life remaining.I highly recommend this new FitBit fitness tracker.
I love this Fitbit. I've used many Fitbits before and this is definitely the best one. Not only can you stay upto date on your fitness journey but you can also respond to texts and calls on it. It's well worth every penny. The newer Fitbits do not compare as they now contain a metal that the majority people are allergic to. However the versa 4 doesn't have this common allergen. Very happy with my purchase!

Always On clock face feature!!There is no reasonable help offered for BB when you have this kind of a complaint - Review guidlines (HAH). While I am getting my e-gift card replaced with a physical one I am not being made whole for the time it has taken me to make correct their error.My complaint is about the e-gift card. It is a disaster. The link did not work. I have spent 50 minutes with 3 different Customer Service departments (plus prior to this I waited 20 minutes for the in-store app to be notified for a CR person to assist me. They failed to contact me so then I waited in a Check Out line (10 Min) and had a very nice person +10 more min. ... MoreWatch is great! Less features than previous watches. Can't install apps or games. Can't control or any music on your phone from your wrist. It's extremely limited to just basic use. I used to be a Pebble fan, then Fitbit bought them. Then I was a Fitbit fan until Google bought them. But now Google is quietly sabotaging the Fitbit brand to entice users to switch over to the Pixel watch. Very frustrating that I bought this thinking it would be better than my Versa 3. Avoid!
The ONLY thing good is a long battery! If you have a notification problem dont hold your breath they will only read you the cue card answers that google supplies their techs with. After that, the techs say someone will contact you and it never happens. I’ve sent pictures of my iphone settings to fitbit that they asked me to do and its been over a month and nothing. Same ole cue card answer. It doesn’t matter what fitbit I own this is the normal response when randomly text stop coming to the phone. I noticed since fitbit sold company to google the supoort is bad. After yrs of owning Fitbits with round and round no conclusions or fixes & I just having to buy the next newest one for a quick fix. After two months of light use, now the battery lasted just about two days. I got constant reminder almost every day to recharge my battery.
