These taste so good! I just wish these were cheaper. I eat these almost daily, I don’t feel guilty when I eat these because I get a great source of protein from it when I want to eat something dessert-like for breakfast. The quality is great as it’s made with pea protein and gentle on the stomach. The ingredients are healthier than most snacks on the market.

I purchased the chocolate peanut butter, lemon poppy seed and cinnamon roll. Of course, they won't taste like the super fatty, really good tasting-really bad for you muffin, you know what I mean. BUT, we are eating healthy, making great choices for our body, our health, and these fit the bill! There is no nasty after taste, and they actually make you feel like you've "cheated" and eaten something that maybe you shouldn't have, but now worries, it is good for you-you've got your protein-your calories are right where they should be-you ate something that actually satisfies you and you won't be hungry an hour from now- and wow, you can go about your day! It tastes so good and like an actual dessert!! I recommend 40 seconds in the microwave.The macros are great as well for a snack.The size is just the right portion and the quality is very nice. As a sweet tooth it’s serving me very well with the banana flavor and very nice texture.

It's OK, for a high protein product, but as a bariatric product, it's less than ideal. My surgeon stipulates all foods should be under 5% fat and 5% carbs, which these are not. Also, they are very dry, which is known to cause issues for bariatric patients, and the banana flavor is strongly artifical. Will not buy again.
These mighty muffins are fantastic, especially when you're craving cake. We have them as dessert. Easy to make - just add water and microwave for a minute and boom - you've got protein cake! Flavor is nice, not chemically at all. I like that the packaging is single-serve so you can grab one and go, but it would also be cool if they sold it as a mix in bulk. We mostly eat them at home and I do feel bad about packaging waste.
Flap Jacked makes the best microwaveable muffins. This muffin is high in protein, is easy to prepare, and has a good banana flavor with the bonus of chocolate chips. You may need to experiment with the cooking time. I usually have to cook this brand longer than recommended.
Top quality product with a rich chocolatey flavour, complemented by banana. Does the flavour combo get any better? A good size for when you fancy something sweet but are on a diet. Good macros and the package makes it easy to cook. I add peanut butter for the ultimate treat that won’t break my calorie goal.

Working my way through the flavors. So far lemon cream and chocolate chip are good. I notice the heavier ingredients like chocolate chips usually fall to the bottom and gather there so they are not evenly distributed. I also feel a little disappointed each time I have my first bite of each one of these muffins because I wish they were sweeter but for what they are they are good. So glad they don't have erythritol.
The serving size was perfect, the quality ingredient and taste was agreeable, and it has good addition to daily nutrition goal. This has nice packaging and very easy to make. However, I think the composition/ texture was not as expected since it was too dense or even soggy. I can have it if it is there, but I do not think I will have it frequently.
