Some of you might have seen our most recent email a week or so ago highlighting some changes for the launch of this bar! The survey feedback you all provided was helpful for the actual chocolate, but also helpful for the format it's sold in! Below is an image of the results from the question "What quantity would you prefer the bars were sold?" Over 41% of all survey respondents said they wanted a 3-pack! So we heard you, listened to your wishes and will be selling our Salted Caramel Crunch in a 3-pack instead of our standard 6-pack. I couldn’t find the neon non tape one so I chose red for the review. I hate the tape version but I like the cord ones. I had my last leash for five years before I lost it and bought the same one since I liked it so much. It reflects to protect my chihuahua at night and retracts really easy. It has a long distance. It’s German built so it has quality. I got it at a good price. It has a spot for a poop bag attachment as well.

3rd one to break on me in 3 months

I had the light blue one of these for the first few months I had my puppy and I loved it. It snapped on me one day so I bought this bigger one for him now that he’s also much bigger. He weights about 55-65lbs and the first one of these lasted me 4 days before snapping and I went and bought a second of the same leash and this time it only lasted me about 36 hours!!! I bought it on a Monday afternoon and by Wednesday afternoon it too had snapped!! So disappointing as these are not the cheapest. I do love the style and it feels really nice in the hands which is why I went through so many of them but I have decided to try a non retractable leash for him for now and have given up on this product.

BE AWARE

Bought one of these from Pets at Home about 2 weeks ago. These tapes are supposedly designed for dogs up to 50kg but I bought it predominantly for the extra length (I already have a 5 metre one). My cockerpoo is just 9kg and on Sunday the lead broke!!. Admittedly she was flyingaround with the lead at full extension but the lead should have been more than capable of restraining her. The tape sheared just by the clip. Luckily we were in a park so no damage was done but anything could of happened and I did have to carry her all the way back to the car as I had no working lead.Pets at Home at Bury St Edmunds dealt with the matter efficiently and caringly. Breaks really easily

Only bought this 4 weeks ago for my springer and it snapped today. My dog doesn't chew it and there is no sign of wear around the snap. Went back to pets at home Chelmsford and the manager there said this lead isn't meant for actually walking so that's why it snapped. No offer of swapping or repair etc as I have used it to walk my dog which it isn't built for. My question was then why sell a lead that says it's for walking, if it's not meant for walking. He quickly disappeared, walking off talking to his headset, leaving me with no answer. Personally I wouldn't buy these again. I'll go elsewhere for my pet products as pets at home doesn't sell leads for waking dogs apparently. What next a dog bed not for sleeping....joke

DO NOT BUY

My puppy is currently 2kg. I Have only been using this lead for 10 days and Whilst walking the tape completely snapped. She is still learning so she then thought it was a game when being chased. This could have ended really bad with her running into a road. I would not expect this to break from such a small weighted puppy. Very disappointed.

Good leash

I got this to replace one that had worn out after belonging to 2 dogs. My first dog who used this passed away and it was inherited by my current dog. When I replaced the old one I got the correct weight for my dog's weight. What a difference. Not sure if the were the same brand but this seems way sturdier and the part that broke on the other one was the extending section. It was round and the cover had come off and stuck inside the handle so the leash would no longer extend. This one is made with a different style (flat) extender and does not appear to have a cover to come off. My dog is in heaven. She loves to run and with this she can run circles around me while I go at a slower pace. We are both very pleased. Great for my big lab

I bought the large for my 30kg lab with untrusted recall. It's great for training, but I've also used it at the beach, on hikes etc. About 9 months later the buttons are getting a bit stiff, but I've smashed this thing at the beach, daily, for months and had to wash the cord multiple times. It stops my lab running off and it's great for letting him have a sniff when on a walk. I use this 1-2 times a day, in all weather. I'm going to try and open it up and see if I can clean it out, but even if the buttons are a bit stiff, it could be because my lab launched himself into some slimy pond water after a duck. Even though I haven't had it for long, I'm honestly surprised I haven't broken it yet because we are rough on this lead. Strong Leash

I purchased the medium size turquoise & black Flexi leash. I wanted blue and I wanted a strong leash as my 19 pound dog pulls. Its beautiful to look at but heavy to hold. Its big enough for a man with larger hands but if you r a woman & like a heavier handle then you will like this one. . Someone wrote they felt the medium would be stronger so it finalized my decision. However though the ribbon inside is slightly wider both r the the same great quality & I think for me the small would have been the better option for my size dog. ( Im an older woman). I thought the ribbon itself was black but its turquoise with two light grey stripes still looks great. Many years ago I bought a red comfort Compact 1 Flexi leash for a 32 lb cocker spaniel it is so much lighter with ample room for a gloved hand . In those days small held up to 44 lbs. however the mechanism is a little different, I think this one is better. I gave it 4 stars as sometimes I struggle getting it to retract. It takes a little getting used too. Wont lie I was surprised how big and heavy this one is I read somewhere someone wrote it was lighter it definitely is not. Its a very strong leash with a adjustable handle. Im enclosing a picture of my old small compact leash so you can see the size difference. ( they dont make the old one any more but I imagine their retractable leash for the smaller dog is not as big or heavy). Hope this helps. It is a great leash just have to get the size best suited fir your hand and dog size.

Workhorse of a product

I admit, my 20-ish-pound gremlin didn't probably need me to pick up the L-sized version of this product--but given how it drives me batty how many dog owners in my area (and especially at my local park) just let their dogs off their leash whenever they feel like it, I was determined to not be the That Guy of a dog owner--while also at least having the option of letting my dog roam a bit further afield than a conventional leash, where appropriate. The retraction mechanism in this leash works great, providing dependable and effective maintenance of steady retraction force--enough that the dog knows it's there and the leash is kept off of the ground, but not so much that the dog has to labor mightily to extend it (pint-sized monster or no). The button-slider locking mechanism is great for when you'd prefer that it behave like a conventional leash for a while, limiting your pet to a shorter radius for a time. For those who've never used a retractable leash before, though, be sure to heed the warnings on the package: they are not a fool-proof product (this goes for all items in the category--not just this one), and the possibility of injury if used inappropriately/carelessly is not remote--particularly in the realm of friction burns/edge cuts and tripping. (I haven't been harmed by mine, but there've been a few moments that could've gone sour if I'd not exercised intentional caution.) There are some dogs that also wend around their humans too much for something with tension like this to be a good idea, unless you enjoy taking your walks trussed up like a Christmas duck. All in all, I'm happy with mine. I didn't see the little branded clip-on add-on doodad (for poop bags and the like) available at my store, but that's fine--I am an inveterate wearer of Things With Pockets, so I can manage without. It probably would've been an overpriced little piece of plastic anyway.
