Description Flo Nasal Mist is a continuous nasal spray device delivering a preservative-free, non-medicated, isotonic saline with added minerals. It's gentle fine mist helps relieve nasal congestion which may result from: Colds and sinusitis Hay fever and allergies Also ideal for post-operative care following nasal surgery Flo Nasal Mist may also: Help with nasal congestion during pregnancy Be used during breastfeeding Be use with other medicated nasal sprays. Available as a 50mL canister. Suitable for ages 6 years and up. Ingredients Contains sodium chloride, potassium chloride and calcium chloride. (Also known as Ringers Solution). Directions Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril. Depress the touch button and hold it down for 2-3 seconds while inhaling gently through the nose. Remove nozzle and gently blow the nose. Repeat for the other nostril. After use wash nozzle in soapy water. Dosage This product can be used in adults and children over 6 years of age. Use up to 4 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.

This is a must have in my bag, I've had radiation to my sinuses and multiple surgeries stopping my sinuses from now working so I do Flo nasal rinse multiple times a day but if I'm out during the day and I'm unable too then this is the Flo product I use. It's honestly like a wash on the go and an essential in my bag!!
Not as good as Breethe.
This takes a little getting used to but it works amazingly. I get get sinus often and this has been such a huge help. I cannot recommend it’s enough!
