Pros: Easy to swallow, the coated variety don’t have a nasty taste (although that version is impossible to find anymore), and only upsets my stomach if I take it without food.Cons: The uncoated tablets have a dreadful aftertaste, and the packaging is very difficult to open. If Floradix would reintroduce the coated tablets and sell them in normal pill packaging (loose in a container, maybe with a child-safe cap?), they’d totally be worth five stars.I’ve been purchasing these through Amazon for more than five years.

I have been using these tablets for a few months. They make a big difference to my energy levels and massively improve my hair and nails. I hav a gluten intolerance and feel I don't absorb iron very well so these take away the uncertainty. Would highly recommend!

I had only been taking this product for a few days when I realized it was making me quite gassy and in the worst way possible. It was quite odiferous and very unpleasant gas. After a few days I started becoming constipated. I really had high hopes for this product as it’s a twice-a-day dosage instead of once a day like some others, but I guess I need something even easier on my stomach. As for the packaging, yes, each tablet is individually wrapped. I’m not sure how necessary it is, but it’s possible that the pills might start to break down if exposed to air and friction from rubbing against the other pills or being touched with the oils from your hand. So I’d rather the individual wrapping if the pills would start getting all sticky if piled together in one bottle. ... Even better than the liquid version. I often forgot to take it because it needs keeping in the fridge. Also the taste takes a little getting used to. Tablets don't have those issues. Goes in the box with regular meds and neither Floradix product gives you constipation like other iron supplements do
