I ordered this based on the picture and description and wished I had waited for some posted reviews. By the time some were posted I had already ordered and was waiting for delivery. Trust me, it is as bad (or possibly worse) as the reviews state! How this ever made it through their R&D and was given the thumbs up for release to the public is beyond me!The pan itself would probably be okay, but it has flakes of what reminds me of gold leaf mixed into it, ugh! Don’t buy this at all! It’s nothing but chunky pieces of glitter that looks terrible on the face. when you apply it, it looks like glitter glue dries down. It was so lovely looking online, but after swatching it, I see it’s nothing but just pieces of glitter. I wouldn’t recommend buying this unless that’s the type of look you’re going for. Stay away and buy their highlighter palette which is BEAUTIFUL. I would return this if I could…

I am a huge fan of flower beauty and was very excited to receive this highlighter free for review purposes. This is an exceptionally creamy powder product. In the pan, you can see the gorgeous color shifts. The reason I did not give five stars is because of how glittery this product was once applied. The glitter does disperse on your skin and leave micro glitter everywhere. I could see this being gorgeous for a special event but would not wear this for every day.

I got Stellar Prismatic Highlighter Solstice shade for free to give my honest review. The powder is easy to get, almost like a cream. I like to use it with wet brush or fingers to have a detailed effect. The finish on the skin is perfectly shimmery and looks like golden. I like the precious look with little pieces of gold, that actually are powder, because they make it look more luxurious. Something else that I liked is that is made in Italy.
This glow… wow. This is the most beautiful, shining highlighter I have ever used. It lays perfectly fine, blends so smoothly, it's so easy to make accents on my cheekbones with it, i even use it on my eyelids and nose sometimes to give myself some shimmer. The package is nice and makes me feel like a truly princess. What I like about this highlighter is that no matter how much I put it on it doesn't look very shimmery, just right amount of glow. Love it!

BUT the glitter-packed highlights is what makes the skin look WET. I know glitter on the face can sound unappealing to some folks and that is perfectly ok. But if you use it right, and you genuinely enjoy the blinding, beaming wet skin look, then you will ADORE this product. The compact is super sleek. This product is glitter packed and performs like a foil leaf eyeshadow but for your face. Don't use a big fluffy highlight brush because that is what will spread the glitter particles all over your face and make a mess. Use a precise, dense yet still fluffy highlight brush. I use a fluffy eyeshadow crease brush. The denser the brush, the more glitter it will pack and concentrate in one area, but you still want a bit of fluff so it properly blends it and not look like a stripe. I never bother writing reviews but I feel like I need to back up this product because I don't think it's a product performance issue. But again, if it doesn't work for you, I totally respect that. We all got preferences. But if you have the same preferences as me, give it a try!! The one thing I have to complain about is that the shade range is irritatingly awful. I got the medium shade but it's still too light for me and looks grey on my cheekbones. I am NC25 for reference.
Okay, I personally LOVE a "wet" look highlighter and this definitely DOES NOT give you that. I tried every type of brush, I tried a beauty blender, and even my finger and no matter what I used, it did not look good on my skin. It either looked like some straight glitter bukaki all over my cheeks and face or it made me look like I had jaundice due to the colour and it was the lightest shade. It definitely exaggerated the texture of my skin and I have plenty of cheek products that actually makes my skin look smooth and flawless, including highlighters! This product was a flop and do not waste your money. If you want highlight that will give you the wet look, get the Highlighting Glaze instead or the Alchemist highlighter from Rituel De Fille.
If you're looking for a barely-there glow-from-within natural highlight, walk right by. This one is not for you.This highlight is like a giant pan of Moondust Shadow from urban decay. The base is clear and the glimmer is ASTOUNDING. I got Luna because I'm hella pasty but after seeing this formula, I want to get the other colors to use as eyeshadow.If you like ka-pow highlights, like Kaleidos or JD Glow, you will love this.
I purchased this and let me tell you, I am not biased when it comes to highlighters, I love them all, glitter, smooth, high shine, natural, fun colors, drug store, high end and luxury. This is probably the worst one I have ever tried. I got the shade Luna, aside from it having big particles of glitter that won't buff into the skin, it is dry and will accentuate any minor texture on your face that you didn't even realize you had. Save your money. I also tried the concealer color corrector palette that was released recently....Awful. Colors do not coordinate, range is awful and textures are just off. I stand by my opinions.
This highlighter is everything I had ever hoped for. I HATE overpowering highlighter that make you look greasy. This highlighter picks up right onto your finger and melts onto the skin, leaving a natural finish. I built it up quite a bit without any disruption of my Bareminerals Original Foundation - which is a mineral loose powder. It really is a buttery cream, I dab a little on my fingers and mix with my foundation primer to make a luminous primer. It's works AMAZING!
