After life happened, it began to feel like going to the gym became more of a chore. For the price, this was the best piece of equipment I could find in order to bridge that gap. I no longer find it difficult to become excited to work out, and I can perform all of the exercises I used to enjoy doing right at home. Feels great to start building the muscles again. The assembly may take some time as some of the pieces are in different boxes, but as far as the bolts, great on you ForceUSA for putting them in an easy to use order by step. I got it set up with the leg press and bench in roughly 6 hours between 2 different nights. It seems to handle roughly 300 pounds pretty easily.. not super shaky while doing leg presses, wobbles a little, but nothing ... MoreAfter life happened, it began to feel like going to the gym became more of a chore. After having it for a few weeks, I don't harbor too many doubts that it will save me my money in gym fees plus some. Also, they include lubricant (the parts that require it came lubricated already) and some touch up paint, because shipping companies aren't perfect, but ForceUSA thought of it all.

This unit arrived with all parts and no issue unpacking. One person can do it themselves if they are experienced doing this kind of work, which I am. It's easy with 2. Pre-drilled hose are properly aligned and every thing fits exactly as it should. One great thing . . . they identify each step and the packaging of the bolts and other fixtures are numbered to match the step you are working on. Very smart! The highlight of this equipment:1. The smith machine has the weight horns off-set from the bar that you lift. this means when you have high weight on each side there is no bending of the bar, so it still tracks very smooth with no catching. No catching at all in fact which is better than many club models.2. The pulleys travel smooth and true. My wife uses light ... MoreThis unit arrived with all parts and no issue unpacking. You balance the weight horns for the pulleys. But you can use either olympic plates or standard! This is great, because standard for pulleys are much cheaper than olympic. Because I already had a variety of standard weights I was immediately able to use the pulleys with the full loads I wanted.4. The inserts for the power rack spotters are so close that you are able to get that bar at the exact height you want it to be! You can power bench with the spot being just at your chest safely.5. Wish the smith also had pegs instead of the holes in the frame and wish they were a bit closer. The perfect home gym machine for full workout.

Well let me start by saying this rig is fantastic. It will give you the whole body workout at home that you would go to the gym to get. There are a few things I would change to the unit just based off of functionality or for my purpose of working out together with my wife. If the base legs were longer this would allow for the rails and other parts to be separated more allowing people to be doing two different exercises at once. As is some exercise bump into each other. Also I’m not a huge guy at 5’10 180 but if I was anywhere over 6 ft or more of 250 and up this rig may feel very small when in between the frame. But overall for me the machine was simple to put together. Did it by myself in half a day. The machine is smooth sturdy and professional grade. Easy to assemble, says two people, but it can be assembled by one female. Had a part that was a tight fit that should of been free flowing, I thought I could just widen it myself with pliers, when that didn't work I tried a hammer, still didn't budge, it was well welded. This is when service came into play and sent me a replacement part asap.Cons: Joe's review on May 23, 2022 was spot on. It is litte wobbly and the bumpers do limit other movements of the machine, I got the leg press attachment which limits the saftey hooks. It's not quite aligned, i used a level and a square and the safety hooks don't line up and one drags a little, I'll be contacting support soon. So far they've been great and responsive. Conclusion: We love it. Dispite the cons, its still a ... MoreEasy to assemble, says two people, but it can be assembled by one female. My husband works out 4-5 times a week and he loves it too. But that could also be because our old Smith machine was 20 years old so anything would've been an upgrade;-)
Bottom line up front - Buy it. But it isn’t pro grade. This thing is really awesome. It really is. Easy enough to put together with one person, as long as you put in the leg press attachment during assembly and not afterwards - that requires two people. Instructions are easy to follow, if you are mechanically inclined, and the loose parts are all packaged by step so you know exactly what you need. Whole assembly by myself taking my time was about 2-3 hours another 2-3 hours for assembling the bench lat pull down seat and the leg press.Thing works awesome and looks great. The draw backs:It is a bit wobbly not bad for just normal stuff but when you are using the pull up bars it is really noticeable. With the leg press attachment the smith bar is in the way for pull ups too no matter where you place it. And with the leg press the smith bar is only about 5’9” high which makes it a head hitting hazard. On the smith bar there are a few “sticking points” where the bars aren’t perfectly true and it doesn’t stick but you can feel in the movements. The storage of the cable bar attachments are not well placed and hit/interfere with bumper plate storage on the back of the rack. Thick crumb bumper plates barely fit on the side you have the olympic bar storage placed. And bumper plates will wobble off their storage if you don’t have collars holding them in place. Biggest flaw to me is it is made in China. I get it costs are less there but, feel like it is hidden on the website.
It took me about an hour to unbox in my garage & about another 5 to assemble in my spare bedroom. Decent instructions & pretty much perfect parts labeling. Be careful with orientation of some of the 1st steps bigger pieces. Easy to have them point the wrong way if you don't pay attention. There is also zero extra bolts, washers, & nuts so beware of accidentally kicking or dropping one.I also purchased the lat pull-down attachment. Works great, but probably won't work well for anyone under about 5'3" or with skinny quads. Could use one lower knee notch for the latter. I see no resolution to the former due to the way its constructed. The other attachments look good for their purposes. Personally, I would like a foot plate attachment to use in conjunction with a bench ... MoreIt took me about an hour to unbox in my garage & about another 5 to assemble in my spare bedroom. Personally, I would like a foot plate attachment to use in conjunction with a bench for various seated row exercises using the cables that could clip in similar to the lat pull-down one.The vertical barbell holder, the back hangers for the cable bars & stuff that you can't really tell are part of the regular purchase are great! Was not even aware of the barbell pivot mount that comes with it. I've already used that for bar rows & 1 arm shoulder presses. Superb construction! Quality welds! Smooth operation! All the safety catches to workout, without a spotter, SAFELY!If you read this far, you would be hard pressed to find a better, more comprehensive, single piece of equipment for your home gym. Period.
So far, and I say that because I haven't gotten weights and used the machine yet. But, so far the machine has surpassed my expectations. From unboxing to fully assembled and ready to rock took me about 5 hours. Instructions were easy to follow 12 step process and the nuts and bolts were packaged separately for each step. The machine itself is very sturdy and all components seem to fit together nicely. I am extremely pleased and can't wait to start using this thing!
Ordered the G3 in early July, excited to have an in-home gym. It arrived pretty quickly but there were missing parts as one of the boxes (I found out later as it was hidden underneath the mats) was torn. I’m unable to assemble the smith machine, one of the cables, and some of the weight holders that go in the rear are missing. I’ve reached out to support who initially was responsive. I listed the items that were missing after I took inventory and was told it would ship and I would receive and confirmation email. However after about 1-1.5 weeks, got no substantial update. I’m currently using the rack as a squat and bench rack, which is great so far. The one pulley I’m able to use also works well for the movements I want. However, my experience is greatly diminished ... MoreOrdered the G3 in early July, excited to have an in-home gym. I bought this unit to replace a Marcy smith machine. I ordered, and the unit was shipped relatively quickly. I had an old bench that I am using with the unit. I can tell you that the G3 is fantastic. Exceeds all expectations. Pulleys and slides are very smooth. Much better than I expected.I will say that Force accidentally shipped the unit twice, when I called about another piece that I also ordered. They double shipped and sent a Myrack unit as well. I ran into a lot of difficulty trying to return the excess. Was hoping that the company would offer me a discount on a Mybench, but they did not.Would absolutely re-purchase! Great product. No complaints.
Not going to sugar coat it, I am getting older and fat. But I have made commitment to get into shape. My whole life I’ve tried to lose it and going into 42 years of age I find myself looking more like Thor from End Game and not the fit version. My point is this; the ForceUSA G3 is without a doubt the end all and be all option I found myself looking for. Don’t be scared by the price; it’s expensive, there is no doubt. With the cost of the machine, entry level set of weights, shipping, and then hiring someone to build it, I’m around $3,000 all in.And trust me you’ll want someone to build it that knows what they are doing. Took a 2 man crew, who build these things for a living, 4 hours to build it. But enough about the money, because a good looking body cost $$$! ... MoreNot going to sugar coat it, I am getting older and fat. But I have made commitment to get into shape. The options this machine offers for me to use to build muscle and get into shape, second to no one.I looked at many setups but this one just kept coming back as the one to get. I was blown away by all the INCLUDED items it also came with that will aid me and my wife alike in our next chapter. Who knows, Chris Hemsworth might ask me to be his stunt double very soon.Thank you ForceUSA for building an EXTREMELY nice and very well manufactured piece of equipment that feels like I’m going to a professional gym but I’m at home in my garage.
