Alright, not bad, not amazing ...ok. I got it this afternoon from Ulta after coming back home from lunch with my mom and I do think it may brighten my skin slightly/subtly. I do have a few qualms with the product so far though. Namely that the texture can be a little... slimy?..unless you apply a pretty thin coating yo your skin, it smells of oats in a strange way (usually I have no problem with the smell of oats), and for me I actually felt that it made pores on my forehead more noticeable rather than less. Therefore when using it on my forehead area I would probably use it at night before going to sleep rather than in the morning. Ok but not great, is my current thinking about this product. This does a great job of toning and tightening as well as giving a shrinking effect to the pores. I love it because it’s $6 as opposed to many beautiful toners that either have the same effect (sometimes they don’t!) or none at all for much higher prices. Great product, highly recommend!

I'm always looking out for a toner that is gentle enough to use AM with vitamin c and PM with retinol. This toner worked well for that. It's light and soothing. The niacinamide was a big plus. I haven't tried a ton of toners so I can't say this is a holy grail product for me, but it fit well with what I wanted out of my toner and left my skin feeling healthy.
Very similar to Fenty "Fat Water" and not expensive!! Absolutely amazing product! The ingredient list isn't full of shenanigans and fragrance. Just the actives! I use 3 pumps after washing and patting face dry. It makes me complexion look refined, healthy and glowy. Love it...
So far I really like this toner! I use one pump and use my hands to massage it in my skin. It leaves my skin pretty sticky, but it doesn't matter that much because I follow with a moisturizer. So far it hasn't irritated my skin or broken me out.

The Pure Tone has Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) for reducing oil and redness, and B5 (Panthenol) in it, which works great for moisturizing and repairing the moisture barrier of the skin. It's marketed as a light gel, but comes out as more watery. This product has worked for my skin as a soft, slow loving formula. Mixing with plenty of moisturiser, I do love using this toning formula in my everyday routine- but it takes a while to start off.
I purchased this item about 2 months ago and have used it daily since with great results.I was nearing the end of my pregnancy and looking to find something to aid my changing skin due to my pregnancy, I came across this at Ulta and have no complaints. I would compare it to some of the prestigious brands for the price of this item and its smooth consistency. It settles into my skin great and has an oat like smell but not bad at all. I use it day and night even under my makeup as a primer alternative if I choose. I have combination skins and it has seemed to help mattify my skin and has definitely evened out my skin tone post baby.
I use this toner both morning and evening. It feels smooth with a cooling effect on my skin. The jojoba oil feels silky. My only quibble is the scent; I'm glad it's not perfumy nor is it sweet it's more of a sour scent; I do over look it as it doesn't last. Overall, I'm pleased.
