A good upgrade for the headphone and iem. I connect the wall power outlet to the K5 Pro's USB port and the audio output via optical cable from my PC to K5 Pro's optical input.The audio playback is now more powerful than when connecting the PC's USB port to the Fosi's.The sound of my earphones and iem are improved by adjusting the treble and bass knobs as well as the volume knob.It has a very pleasingly clean sound with quiet noise floor. I like it very much and it's a fabulous gadget for gamers especially.

Works as expected. Only issue is if you have your phone near the headphone cable or the dac it starts to create some RF interference resulting in crackling noise in the output. But apparently this is normal.
