Bag was received safely in excellent condition. I was disappointed that it did not come with the signature fossil key, but was informed that it is being phased out despite being shown on the photo advertised. Having said that, the Jolie hobo is a great bag, large and spacious with quality metal fixings I associate with Fossil goods. I'm pleased with the product and look forward to several years of use out of this!

This handbag is the perfect size, shape and has beautiful leather. I'm getting used to the hidden outside pocket. I've always preferred a regular exterior slide pocket for my phone/keys but this one is ok too. I just always have to look for it, which is a bit annoying. This bag is simple and classy enough go with something dressy but is also great with casual outfits.

I love this purse! The size is just right - fits a decent amount without being bulky or too big. I love that it stands on its own (unlike my last crossbody bag) and I like the option of shorter or longer straps. I wish the shorter strap was removable but it doesn't get in the way. Love the hidden pocket in front. Highly recommend!

I've always preferred a regular exterior slide pocket for my phone/keys but this one is ok too. I just always have to look for it, which is a bit annoying. This bag is simple and classy enough go with something dressy but is also great with casual outfits.

I love my new purse! I downsized, so I'm getting used to a smaller purse. It has a nice slot for my phone inside, and it has a zippered pocket, too. I love the pocket on the outside. My hand fits inside it and it has a magnetic closure. Two strap options which I love, too.
The colour of this bag matches with everything. The size is perfect because I take a bottle of water with me everywhere which fits. I love the adjustable strap to make it crossbody and the shorter strap to hook it over my shoulder as another option. There is a secret pocket at the front with a magnetic close and it is ideal for a travel card or phone. The leather is very soft. It ticks all the boxes. Well done Fossil for such a thoughtfully designed product at a very reasonable price!
This purse is a bit smaller than an old Fossil shoulder bag that had a flap on the outside and which I used exclusively for years. This bag has the same nice leather. It has both a zipper compartment and a pocket on the inside, which the other bag had. But it also has what a friend calls a "tricky pocket" for your phone, well hidden on the outside of the bag. It is deep enough and close enough to the main body of the purse so you don't have to worry about the phone falling out. So-if you can live without some of that stuff you put in those large bags, I suggest you give this purse a try.
I have a black leather Jolie bag and LOVE it. Perfect size and love the phone compartment on the side. Was waiting for the grey to be on sale. So disappointed. The grey is made of Ecoleather...well it is not the same look or feel as genuine leather. Felt weird, almost a plastic feel to it, not like "leather" at all. Needless to say I had to return it.
Hi! I purchased this purse a little over a year ago, but did not use it right away. Recently the buckle on the long strap broke into 2 pieces. Because it's just past the warranty, Fossil refuses to help. I've had cheaper purses that last way longer. Maybe something is defective with the buckle? Buyer beware.
I ordered the Jolie hobo purse which states it comes in 8 colours. When you select a different colour it switches the purse from the hobo to a crossbody. I am very disappointed. I waited almost 2 weeks for my purse. I was so excited to get it and then so disappointed to see it was the wrong purse. I notice a couple other reviews that said the purse was much smaller than expected. They probably didn't realize the purse they got was the wrong one. Customer service didn't really seem to care that their website was incorrect. I was told to return in and order the correct one. Not sure how to do that when everytime I select the hobo in the colour I want it switches it to the crossbody.
