The Four n Twenty range of pies are great value for money. The meat filing tastes delicious and the pastry is not too thick like some of the other leading brands. I would recommend you try these delicious pies and I swear they will be in your order everytime you go to buy pies in the future.
I buy these Four'n Twenty Pies Meat 4 Pack for my husband for lunch. I'm a Weight Watcher so I don't eat them but I'd love to! He says there's nothing better on a cold day for lunch. Sometimes he heats uo a can of diced tomatoes and puts it on top. It sure looks great.
classic pie. good meat, tasty gravy good corner stone for a simple dinner just add peas & carrots & mash potatoe..................... yum
We always have a packet or two of Four'n Twenty in the freezer as a handy scratch meal after a busy weekend of sport and they can be cooking while the showers are happening and dinner on the table within 45 mins with chips and gravy. The pastry is not too heavy and the filling easy to manage without big chunks of random meat pieces.
From past experience, I didn't expect much from these generic meat pies but I was pleasantly surprised. Cooked easily and tasted great, only wish they had a bigger packet.
Great value for money. Decent pie. We always microwave for a couple of minutes, then into a hot oven, which reduces cook time by half.
