I believe i'm running into a first world issue that isn't an issue aside from my liver and that is a cornucopia of spirts testing openings each time I check out a corner. As of now Benriach 8 flight level (Monday) Thursday 6 flight cross refinery inspecting and now after the children cricket training got done with getting my significant other to do shopping and hi free gin tests. I saw this one and however na seems as though sloe I'll stay away from yet it wasn't and I didn't. Shiraz barrel maturing which was magnificent I could drink loads straight...red wine and gin...awesome combo...untill the following morning I presume. Attempt and purchase with certainty (I have no clue about where I took that wanky articulation from yet hello it sounds fitting)

Just try it! Wow! Pour over ice or try it with a lemon tonic (I prefer Fever-tree) or soda. It's like a cocktail in a bottle. Made from gin and grapes from the Yarra Valley Australia... no added sugar and only a hint from the grapes. I heard this was a blend of Shiraz grapes and Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin. No aging or wine was added. Simple - Gin and Grapes = Delicious. Highly recommend. These guys also won #1 Gin Producer in the World 2019 at the International Wine and Spirits Awards in London. The Oscars in the drinks industry. Thanks Total Wine for selling this delicious gin!

I’ve had Pillars before but it so hard to find. It’s a very unique flavor. I’m a gin drinker and drink Bootles, Plymouth, Bombay Sapphire religiously. Pillars is a totally different experience!
Description: Gin made from macerating Shiraz grapesNose: sweat winter spicesPalate: Fairly Sweat. Juniper married with sweet winter spices and dark berries, has a fiery finish.Uses: can replace sloe gin in every instance.Final Thoughts: of the four gins I bought this one was the most complex. It is superior to any sloe-gin, and it's sweetness places it in similar functions to sloe gin. To go with this gins blood theme, I declare it the blood of Christmas.
This pink gin is a lovely drop. Very moreish. In fact, Beefeater flavoured gins are delicious. Try the Blood Orange with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale. I guarantee you’ll love it.
It is a decent quaff if poured over rocks. Wouldn't consider it for a martini. bittersweet palate, Should order their straight Gin to get a better sense of their boanical focus.
