I heard this won best gin producer of 2019 in the world! (International Wine and Spirits Award). So, I had to give it a try. Probably the cleanest and most pure gin I've ever in a martini (2 parts gin / 1 part dolin vermouth), gin and tonic with an orange slice. Highly recommend this amazing gin treat. I also highly recommend the Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz gin. All you need is ice! delicious! Thank you for producing such an amazing gin, Four Pillars. Until my next sip.

This rare dry gin is crafted in the yarra valley. My favourite is to add this with some mediterranean tonic topped with either a crack of pepper or complimented with a wedge of lime and slice of ginger. The aromas are next level. Highly recommend it.

Not that you can't make a variety of cocktails with this Gin but,,, this Australian Gin is so smooth and has such a fascinating flavor that it requires no mixers to enjoy it. Simply pour over ice and sip it, it really is that smooth and delicious.

Rare Dry ~ This is an amazing gin. Leaves you with a smooth citrus hit. Well done.Would love to find their Bloody Shiraz Gin on the shelves …. HINT.
Sensational (and delicious) collaboration between two of my favourite Australian makers. The fruity flavours of Four Pillars Gin really shine in these chocolates.
As I am a firm lover of a GOOD gin I bought this with high hopes, sadly to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Nasty after taste of a medicinal nature, as for being better than sloe gin, in no way does it match up to sloe gin. Both my son and I have decided to dump the half bottle that is left, definitely leaves you with a headache to boot. I think the gin has been infused with cheap wine not quality.
Rich with tasting notes from Shiraz grapes. A bittersweet, dense raspberry and spiced juniper finish. Love the reddish-purple colour!
Shiraz simply adds extra versatility to this good gin. Hence you drink it as gin but at the back of your palate you also enjoy lovely hint of great wine. This feature does not reduce your joy of gin drinking but makes it more sophisticated
Whilst I generally love anything with Gin, the 2 milk chocolate varieties in this box and not good. Not good at all. They are sickly sweet. KB - you need to taste your product.I haven't tasted the dark varieties in this box yet. Hoping for a better experience.
Discovered this in Australia ages ago where everyone was raving about it. Bright vibrant red in colour, it turns an amazing pink in a G&T. Lots of fresh red fruit combined with smooth gin flavours. Super delicious! I just bought more...

Ideal for the gin lover in your life, this is a unique Australian gin with character and class Four Pillars is a small distillery located in Healesville, in the Yarra Valley. The ambition of the founders Cameron MacKenzie and Stuart Gregor is to make the best craft gin in Australia. They started distilling in the Yarra Valley in late 2013 and produced a striking dry gin that is 'modern Australian' in style. The Four Pillars gin is distilled in small batches of 450 bottles per batch. It is made in a 450 litre CARL still (only 25 of which are made a year, in Germany), which Cam and Stu have named 'Wilma' after Cam's late mother. Cam, the distiller, uses an Australian wheat spirit as the base and preserves purity by closing all the plates during the distillation. He enhances the base spirit by the addition of coriander, juniper, cardamom, star anise, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian mountain pepper, lavender, cinnamon and angelica. Fresh organic oranges are added to the botanical pot. Cameron feels that the spices from Southeast Asia, the Australian ingredients and the oranges combine to give the gin a distinctly individual character. It is spicy but with great citrus aromas and flavours. The cinnamon and star anise add rich fruitcake tones, the Tasmanian pepperberry leaf provides warmth rather than heat, and the lemon myrtle is a beautiful alternative to lemon peel. The highly aromatic oranges support the spicier botanicals. A strikingly pure gin, so pure in fact that it can be drunk chilled and on its own.
