Visited the distillery a few years back (it and the rest of Australia was amazing). Can not stand Negroni cocktails BUT this peppery Gin is excellent with your tonic of choice. If you prefer a milder, floral Gin, this one is probably not for you. Well worth the price tag. The fourth pillar is Love!

Nice and spicy, great pre-dinner gin
This is a delicious spiced gin from a fantastic producer which works brilliantly in a Negroni (obviously!) and also with a plain tonic.
Delicious Four Pillars Gin. We have used this in both Negroni cocktails and in a classic gin and tonic and it is superb.

This collaboration is part of the bartender series, designed to cut through the stronger flavours of Campari and sweet vermouth. The gin starts with the base botanicals and pungent juniper then layered with spicy Tasmanian pepper berry and cinnamon. To offset the smokiness of these ingredients, the gin is balanced with organic blood oranges and ginger. Exotic West African Grains of Paradise, an unusual spice with clove and Sichuan characteristics. This gin is intense, spicy, and fundamentally unique.
