While they were easy enough to get on (fit was fine), I find it an ongoing challenge to get the velcro closure fastened. The patch is so small and tricky to stretch it to where I can fasten it. In a moderate amount of use there are holes forming in the end of the forefinger and thumb so that I will soon need to replace them. They are not lasting nearly as long as previous gloves I have had, and the premature wear is disappointing. The comfort when wearing them and riding with them is fine.I wear gloves to keep my hands from getting scraped up when I fall; the material on these gloves is pretty thin and it doesn't seem it would provide much protection. I normally fit a size 7 glove. I used the measuring guide linked on this page to measure my hand and it was a size large in these gloves. I received them and while the fingers fit snugly and are the perfect length, the palm area is too wide. They are so wide at the wrist that even tightening the velcro as tight as it will go leaves the gloves baggy on me. I also feel like the gloves are too short and don't come far enough up to my wrist for my liking.I have a different brand of MTB gloves which I purchased last season from Altitude Sports that fits much hands much better so I will have to purchase more of those instead. I just thought this time I would try FOX as it's such a renown brand for MTB gear, unfortunately these gloves are not the right fit for me.

My kid needed a new pair of gloves so we hoped on jensonusa.com and he picked these out. My cousin recently purchased a pair for himself and they started to tear on the 3rd ride so I was a little hesitant about buying these but I figured I’d give them a shot. I’m happy to say that we’ve had no issues with these and the quality seems to be durable. I usually prefer a thicker glove myself but I’m considering picking up a pair of these for the summer. Would recommend,

The glove itself a decent item, however I was looking for a "gel glove" with more, well you know, GEL. Especially at the price point. The gel appears to be at best 1/8" thick (if that), and the design team apparently didn't think that placing gel at the base of your thumb was important. The gel is placed "up to" the base of the thumb and needs to be about 1/2" wider to be functional. I could almost understand if this was a $20.00 glove by some off-brand from a third-world country. But FOX??? C'mon you guys...I know you can do better.
Fox quality keeeps heading downhill. These gloves are just dwr coated thin neoprene like material. They were soaking wet after even a light rain. Total waste of money. Thes gloves do not deserve the “water” name. Baggy in all the wrong places. I bought xxl for my xxl hands. The fit ok. But have baggy spots in all the wrong places and get loose and start bunching in the palm when wet. I went track to the bike shop I bought from and they would not accept return after being worn 1 time. I’m not mad. Just disappointed.
Why Fox!? The old generation of the ranger gel gloves were my favorite. Great fit and very durable (Lasted me 2 years). I recently got a new pair and am super disappointed. The materials used feel a lot less durable and my palm is already starting to show wear after 5 rides! I will be looking elsewhere for my next pair of riding gloves.
I just got these gloves for paragliding instead of biking. I needed some thinner gloves for flying in the hot weather. They are very tight fitting - I'm usually a small or med in gloves and I actually ended up going with a large for these. I haven't had a ton of use with them yet, but the palms seem pretty durable for thin gloves and nice and sticky. I might end up switching them to be both flying and biking gloves if the seams hold up. The minus one star is just for the fact they might not be the most durable, but they are thin gloves so they're bound to die faster than workhorse ones.
I have used a lot of different gloves - I bought these for mountain biking. These gloves are good but the material seems just a little bit thin however, after about 100 miles of aggressive riding in the woods, they have held up without any problems so, maybe the material is tougher than I thought. These gloves are comfortable and grippy. I wear large and these fit great. The hook-loop closure works well even though it's a small contact patch. Overall, I'm happy with these gloves and they seem to be a good value.
I ordered these gloves for my 12 yr old son and he thinks they seem to be a very good compromise of light padding and full protection. He used to prefer half finger gloves before but after taking a serious fall he now wears full finger gloves on the mountain bike. After a few weeks they still look great with no serious signs of wear. They are not very breathable but sometimes it's better to have more protection than comfort so I went ahead and ordered a similar pair for myself too.
These are surprising good gloves. There is no padding, which is fine. The feel is excellent, and I'm even able to use my phone a little while wearing them. And they hold up really well. I wore them every day for 7 straight days of lots of riding and went down hard 3 times on my hands. I thought I would tear them up or at least wear them down, and they look good as new. I highly recommend these gloves. Great value. Also, I have wide hands and they still fit well.
