Love these forks! I've got into the rougher trails and upgraded from the Fox 34 Performance Elites and although I loved my 34s these are a whole new level. The Grip 2 damper allows you to fine tune and once you get it right - which as a novice I found a bit fiddly -you're in for treat. My front also feels a bit lighter and nimble. Well pleased and a sound investment.

I bought this fork to replace the Pike that came on my Guerrilla Gravity and am so glad I did. I didn't dislike the Pike but I sure like this fork more - way more plush, easier to adjust and it looks awesome.Thank you Jenson for your fast shipping and an awesome deal!!

Just upgraded my SC V4 5010 with this fork. The upgrade in everything from small bump compliance to improved traction/smoothness at speed through berms is insane! It's a massive difference from the stock Fox 34 float performance fork I had. I've only used it at DH parks so far, but it has vastly improved my confidence from the improvement in stability and handling with 160mm of travel, plus greater customization for hi/lo compression and rebound. It will be great for Enduro days too since it only made my geometry a bit more slack.Getting this for for under $600 is an absolute steal too! I know I'm gonna have an awesome summer of riding thanks to this upgrade. Highly recommend this fork, it will make your bike feel new again.

Have replaced my rockshox lyrik ultimate with this. First impression on performance is good, however, for the extra cost over the rockshox I would expect the build quality to be far superior. In my opinion it is not.
Did my first MTB build last week, I researched it and decided on the FOX 36 Float Factory, couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend taking your time during the "set up" tho as it has numerous adjustments that can be made. Solid product.
Looks great! Feels even better! Probably didn't need this much travel on my hardtail but it is lighter than the stock fork and it will be able to smash anything I throw at it. Saw this on Reddit (user unknown): "Front suspension writing checks that the rear of a hardtail can't cash"
I upgraded both front and rear shocks on my stock trail bike and this was the obvious choice. It's got an incredible damper with tons of tuning and a super solid feel that punches above it's 36mm diameter specs. I'm a tall, aggressive rider and this fork really met my hopes for modern performance across so many trail types and situations. I'll be happily running this fork for as long as I can.
Smooth and Bold!I bought this to upgrade my Specialized Turbo Levo from it's stock Fox 36 Rhythm. The Rhythm was a fine shock, but it didn't soak up the chatter and bigger drops as well as the Factory does. With multiple adjustments on Comp and Rebound I felt able to dial it in for all terrain. It has given me the confidence to hit the PNW roots and rocks with better speed. It also gives me the forgiveness if (when) I pick a bad line.Installation was easy after watching several videos. Don't forget to tighten the bolt below the axle (I forget what its called). I only tightened the axle bolt and was hearing some weird noises - took a look and (duh) remembered.
The new 36 has such a reassuring feeling on all surfaces. I have not felt so comfortable since switching away from coil sprung forks. Best description I’ve got is; it is so calm and planted. No skittery and sketchy feedback. Loving the good vibes this fork is giving me.
Looks great out of the box, feels great out of the box (at least pushing on it with Fox's baseline settings). I'm not going to get the chance to ride this fork for another couple months when the weather is cooperative but, I'm no stranger to Fox forks so, I'd expect the performance to be on par or better than their previous offerings. Anymore, it's hard to go wrong with any suspension from any of the big manufacturers. Saying one is better than the other is really splitting hairs.
