There is nothing but the best reviews I can give any company here. This frame is nearly perfect. Quality is amazing and beyond! It’s expensive and it shows the difference as to why. Installation takes literally seconds, incredibly well designed. Packaging is probably the best packaging I have ever seen. No way this is getting damaged in shipment unless the box is totally crushed and destroyed lol! That said, it will knock out the motion sensor on your tv. I read they have a solution in development but it’s not available yet. You’ll have to setup Bluetooth for the remote and turn off your motion sensor

Absolutely STUNNING !!!

I rarely give a company 5 stars, I usually reserve that for restaurants but this company certainly deserves it !!!I ordered my initial frame on Black Friday to take advantage of the sale price. I literally got it the very next day!! I installed it myself , i am not handy at all. Which means a 5th grader can do it too ! My choice was the Alloy Bezel . It looked "nice" but fell short for me. My friends LOVED IT . But as Marie Kondo would say it should spark Joy . I reached out to the company they were so amazingly helpful & so flexible. I spoke with Kyle Kidd. Exceptional customer service !! I got a return label so i wouldn't have to pay the S/H on the return . I did order sample frames. I HIGHLY recommend doing this if your remotely as particular as I am. Amazing from start to finish

My experience with Deco TV Frames has been top notch from start to finish. The frame was shipped really fast and packaged well. It was insanely easy to put together and hang (especially after hanging the tv!!). It looks sooooo good. It is absolute perfection and so well made.My Frame TV (late 2022 model) had an issue with the remote it came with where the remote only worked in IR mode (therefore it didn't work because the frame covers the IR). Although I did not buy my tv from Deco Frames, nor was it their fault the new remote has an issue, they sent me a pervious version of the remote FOR FREE and now my problem is fixed! The customer service from Kyle was so good and he responded so quickly. You just don't have experiences like this buying things nowadays. Amazing!

The quality, ease of assembly and installation is amazing. When combined with the Samsung “Frame” TV it truly becomes a work of art.Often we are worried about the price and I hesitated prior to committing. When we received our frame I was very impressed by the fit and finish. This is well designed and the quality is immediately evident and any reservations for the our purchase were immediately dismissed. Expensive? Yes, but worth it? Absolutely!When we upgrade our family room TV, I will certainly look to purchase another frame without hesitation! It is simply beautiful and frames your selected artwork, well, like art!

Beautiful and well-made frame, but

Beautiful and well-made frame, but I ended up returning it. The frame covers the light and motion sensor. The motion sensor issue isn't a huge concern, but the light sensor is. When in art mode, I want the screen to go lighter and dimmer as the light changes in the room throughout the day and evening and into the night. The frame doesn't allow it to do that, sadly. It stays one brightness no matter what.

Start with the bad: the frame completely covers the adaptive light sensor, so the art on your tv will maintain the same brightness whether it's morning light, midday, or the sun has set. As far as the TV is aware, it's completely dark all the time. I have seen some videos online of the sensor working properly if the TV is directly in front of a window or directly under a light. Otherwise it kills functionality completely. It negates the whole selling point of this TV.The good: everything else. This high quality frame tricks your brain into thinking this is a real piece of artI installed fiber optic cable on the backside so I could introduce light to the sensor. I wasn't going to take "no" for an answer, as this function is the entire point of owning this $1.5k TV I bought. It's too bad I had to do this myself on a $600 frame and the "pros" couldn't figure this out.

Great product, great people, disables TV functions

Frame itself is 5 stars.Customer service is 5 stars.Unfortunately as a whole I can only give 1 star. This frame completely covers up the sensors for the TV, which I was fully aware of when purchasing. That's why I bought their SRS2 sensor unit. Sadly, the SRS unit does not work at all. It causes my TV to constantly turn off completely while actively using the TV. It will not wake the TV to Art mode after the TV has gone to "sleep". So, while the frame is great and the people at the company have been great, I just can't recommend the frame unless you don't ever want to be able to use the sensors on the TV, which to me is half the reason to get The Frame TV.

Outstanding Frame!

So I originally ordered the Ornate Gold frame for our 65" and it was beautiful! But wife and I decided it was too overpowering for the family room it was in (Make sure you order samples so you don't have to go through the process we went through to find out it wasn't good fit for the room) We decided to return the Ornate Gold and went with the more toned down, simple Antique Gold. The return process was very easy, BTW! DecoTV has great customer service! Well....We made the right decision and it's absolutely GORGEOUS! The frame itself is VERY well made and extremely easy to put together and install. It literally took less than 2 minutes. Lol. We are sooo happy with the frame and will definitely order another one when we get a second Samsung Frame TV!

Perfect finishing touch

Although we have had our Samsung frame TV for quite a while, now, we hesitated to purchase the frame. It seemed like a significant added expense. Now that we have made the purchase, and we have it on our TV, we wish we had done it so much sooner! The quality of this frame is excellent, yes. The installation was extremely easy. And the color was exactly what we had hoped for in antique gold. We would buy it again in a heartbeat.

We are so very, very happy with this purchase. The Decotvframe is absolutely stunning. We have only one television and wanted it to look amazing. It does. Installation was beyond easy. We had issues with our remote after installation and Decotvframes was an amazing resource with fantastic customer service. Especially since the remote issue was a Samsung device issue, not a frame issue. I highly recommend this product!
