She reported back that she really noticed an increase in supply after eating them. I also purchased Franjos for myself after I had my baby. They are especially handy to have on hand in the early days of breastfeeding to snack on while stuck on the couch feeding.

Cookies were stale not crunchy like another batch I bought from a shop in Sydney.

These are great- they haven’t improved my milk supply but a yummy and good snack whilst feeding and worth a go

These cookies taste amazing and I'm so glad to have the gluten free option. I have packed these in my hospital bag so I can have a safe gluten free treat with my cup of tea in hospital, and hopefully boost milk supply.
These are really yummy, especially for gluten-free. I am yet to see if they impact milk supply at all but nonetheless a great snack to have while expressing.
