This water bottle works so well, keeping ny drink cold and the ice all day long. I love the stainless steel straw feature as well as the rubber handle. It’s actually really fun to drink out of, plus it’s super easy to clean! I was puzzled when I first tried to drink out of this, but then figured out that it must click all the way forward in order for the straw to work. It’s a great size, that fits perfectly in my car cup holder and diaper bag. My 13 year old is excited to use it for school. I also really appreciate the movement behind Frank Green and their initiative in helping the Earth.

The Frank Green ceramic reusable bottle seems to be well made and there's no metallic taste at all as sometimes is the case with similar bottles. Two drawbacks for me are the design and the functionality with hot beverages. The design is not really ergonomic and it's not comfortable holding for extended periods of time. It's advertised to be used for cold and hot beverages, though the straw provided is metal and you wouldn't want to use a straw for hot beverages, let alone a metal one. The straw is removable, but liquids can't be poured through the cap opening. If you ever were to use it for hot beverages you'd have to remove the lid to pour. I absolutely love the color and slender shape of this thermos. The pros - trendy color and sleek shape and easy to clean design. I’m also a big fan of the stretchy strap to hold on to or attach to a clip. The thing I didn’t love was the straw situation. For starters, it’s not incredibly intuitive to get the straw to pop out of the lid. Once it is actually up, you need to make sure it is fully extended. If it’s even slightly shy of being completely open, when you suck you’re just gasping at air. Lastly, the straw is rectangular, making it rather awkward to wrap your lips around.

Frank Green Ceramic Mug:- Insulation: Can keep tea (with milk) warm for 2 hours, not the best but enough time for most people.- Leak-proof: Does leak if not kept upright.- Lid: Very good design with push button lid, easy to drink, simple to open/close and you can take apart the pieces and clean. Comes with instructions on how to take apart and re-assemble.- Ceramic Lining: Does hold faint smells but doesn't seem to affect taste (depends on your senses).- Materials: The lid is BPA free plastic, the body is spray painted/stainless steel with the ceramic lining inner.- Weight: 230g (The lightest ceramic mug I could find was 300g).Would highly recommend for home/office use and short trips, not the best for hiking and long journeys.

I would say it performs about the same as other similar brands. It's fairly easy to clean too which is a plus. There are two removable pieces inside, the straw and the silicone piece that keeps the straw in place. Without this little rubbery piece the straw would not stay, that is literally what holds it there. I'm not sure if this will become an issue in the future or not but you could drink out of this without the lid as well. Just tip the bottle back while drinking and it functions fine that way if that's what you prefer. My favorite feature of this water bottle is the little carrying handle. I used this bottle for a soccer game I was coaching. I put water and ice and a packet of flavoring. I finished drinking it on a road trip 4 hours later. I forgot to dump it out that night and there was still ice in it. A lot! This is in 70-85 degree weather! The bottle is super cute and stylish (for a water bottle…) and it fit both my backpack side pocket and my car drink holder perfectly. The pink color is subtle but still stands out. I don’t want want to use any other bottle ever again.

I have to be honest and say that this is not my favorite bottle, but I do like it. Pros: Color, Material (including the stainless steel straw), Dishwasher Safe, and it can hold both hot and cold liquids. Cons: Cannot figure out how to detach the top (even after reading the instructions), will leak if left in open position, and probably the thing I dislike most about this bottle is the push top. It’s just not user friendly. You have to push and then pull the top up and after that you’ve touched the very part that will go in your mouth (😖). I would much rather prefer a push top bottle that had an actual button and the top popped up compared to how it’s constructed now. Otherwise, it’s a nice bottle.
I've never had a water bottle this big, but I think it will be especially good for me after suffering from heat illness/dehydration to make sure I get enough fluids on a hot day. The 34 oz capacity will be great for adding 2 of most water flavorings such as Propel, Crystal Light, Gatorade, etc. The bottle has a durable metal straw inside, a handy loop to carry the bottle, and a spout that folds away. The finish on the outside of the bottle is nice to the touch. I received this product for free from the Hey, Bullseyeâ„¢ sampling program in exchange for my honest review.

It feels sturdy without being too heavy, but the loop is pretty stretchy and I was concerned it would snap when the water bottle was full. I have only had it a short time, so I don't know how well it will hold up or if there will be cleaning issues eventually. The straw does come out and can be cleaned separately, but the mouthpiece through to where the straw attaches is all one piece, so I'm concerned mold could build up in there eventually. I think the mouthpiece may also be a bit difficult for younger kids to use, you have to push pretty hard to open it.
