Beautiful looking shoe but the fit of these are terrible. They are too shallow in the heels and your foot sits to high in the heel causing terrible blisters. I wish I had read the feed back from customers who have bought on Facebook as this is the general consensus. Frankie 4 need to develop a lower whole length foot bed to swap in the shoe. I tried all the foot beds the shoes came with but they made no difference. Not the usual fantastic Frankie4 comfort and customer service is no help what so ever.Save your money and either but jackies or look elsewhere. Frankie 4 customer service has also certainly gone downhillll since I purchased my first pair of ther shoes 4 years ago. So quick to fob you off now with little to no assistance.I Don't recommend this shoe!

These shoes hurt my feet. I bought them for my last teaching placement before graduating. I do not have wide feet, but I find these shoes hurt my two smallest toes on each foot, and the outer forefront of my feet. I have tried all the sole combinations. With the full-footbed there isn't enough width in the shoe for my feet, but with the half-footbed there is way too much room, and especially above my forefoot. I have tried different variations of lacing to adjust for the various insole options, but the shoes still hurt. In the last 4 weeks of daily wear at school, these shoes have improved, but by the end of the week, my feet are begging for the weekend so I can kick these off and wear my comfy shoes. I really don't have this kind of money to waste. Very disappointed.

I've been wearing the FRANKiE4 Billie White Tumbled sneakers for an almost a month now, and I can confidently say they've become a staple in my wardrobe. Here's why:From the moment I put them on, I noticed the difference that the podiatrist-designed footbed makes. The support is exceptional, especially in the arch and heel areas, which is a big deal for me since I have chronic heel pain which now affects my hip. There was a bit of a break-in period where the heel rubbed slightly, but after 3-4x of wearing them they became extremely comfortable, even for long days on my feet. The customizable footbeds are a game changer. The white tumbled leather goes with everything, making them perfect for both casual and slightly more dressed-up outfits. I love that I can wear them all day and still feel put together. After almost a month of wearing them, they’ve held up well, with minimal signs of wear. The leather has softened nicely, but still looks fresh and new.I highly recommend the Billie sneakers to anyone who prioritizes both style and comfort. They’re worth the investment, especially if you’re on your feet a lot or just want a versatile sneaker that looks as good as it feels.Since my friend recommend this a month ago, I now owned 3 pairs already. I will not buy anywhere else than with Frankie4.

I went to the store to buy sandals and these sneakers caught my eye. As I was waiting for the assistant to bring me the sandals in my size, I quickly tried on these sneakers and didn't want to take them off. They were the most comfortable shoes I had tried on in a very long time. Needless to say I bought them along with the sandals. I've been wearing them for weeks now and they are my favourite sneakers. The comfort level is awesome and they don't pinch at all. I have extremely wide feet so it is a joy to find shoes that fit and are comfortable.
The Billie Chalk/Tweed is so comfortable, I’ve been wearing them to work as a teacher. They are stylish and suit any outfits I pair them with. The fit is suited for a wider foot as I don’t feel the tightness I normally do in shoes, also with a collapsed arch it’s supportive in the right places. The zipper to get feet in is the best feature! So quick to get them on and off. Love these shoes so much I’ll be ordering another pair!
Infortunarely, at this stage I am unable to wear my billie white tumbled shoes for any longer than 30 minutes of walking as they rub my left toe when wearing socks, and created a blister on the inside of my left foot when worn without socks. I am trying to 'wear them in' gradually, but it is taking a very long time. I'm sure they'll become favourites but currently they are hard on my feet. I've tried inserting the half inner soles, but that didn't help, yet I'm sure they are the right size. I'd been reluctant to spend the extra money for frankie 4 but wanted something longer lasting than the previous brands I've bought (all leather and around $189) in the same kind of style, but it is a very slow process. I was excited when the shoes arrived. They fit well but unfortunately cause big blisters on my heels.I have tried with the half soles but the toe space is too roomy and the it doesn’t resolve the heel issue. Tried with the tiny front insert but my heel then slips out.Enquired alternatives with Frankie4 who gave me a few options. So I’ve tried softening the heel of the shoe by hand and walking around the house in the shoes with thick socks.Still have to try them out and about.
I have mixed feelings about these shoes!!! They are my absolute favourites, so comfy and they look great with everything. I have wide feet and they are a perfect fit (with the half insole). They aren’t too chunky and the side zip is great - I wasn’t sure about it when I first purchased, but it’s so convenient for taking them on and off, and I reach for these before any of my lace up sneakers. But - I think the quality/longevity is a little lacking for the price point. I had to replace my first pair 11 months after purchasing. The uppers are still in great condition, but the synthetic lining in the toe box has worn through in multiple spots, completely shredded. The sole tread is also bare, making them slippery and unsafe to wear in wet weather. At $275 I would ... MoreI have mixed feelings about these shoes!!! These shoes are one of the most comfortable pair of white sneakers I own. I bought these for my trip to Japan where I walked around 20 000 steps/day with no discomfort. I did wear them in prior to my trip approximately 3 times so they could mould to my feet and there were no blisters at all. The zips were very convenient on my holiday when I had to remove shoes quickly when visiting places. They are awesome for when you are in a hurry! Once you have zips on your shoes, you never go back. They are now my everyday sneaker to work.
I was not well fitted in store, and after one day's wear outside I realised the shoes were not suitable. They did not fit my orthotics (caused the the back of the shoe to rub my heel as it was not really deep enough to take orthotics), so I ended up hoping the inbuilt support sole was sufficient. I don't think the fitter advised me appropriately or had any real orthotic knowledge.Because I had worn them outside, I did not try to return them, and instead persevered. After wearing for a week or two, the shoes did get a little more comfortable to wear, but my feet started to ache constantly, indicating they were doing harm.I'm very dissappointed in both the fitting experience and the shoe itself.
