This is why we keep purchasing from Freedom after 16 years, from buying glass dining tables, steel & leather dining chairs to our old mattress, quality and value for money can't be beaten. This Freedom Celestial medium mattress is amazing after 10 nights of sleep. Both my wife and my sore backs were gone after one night of sleeping on this mattress. Our 3 month old has also been sleeping better too since buying this mattress. For us it's not too soft or too firm but just right, with the right amount of support and comfort, with no partner disturbance at all. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this mattress. Thanks Freedom!

Beautiful mattress. My weight 55kg side sleeper. I slept on a wrong mattress for years and started getting hip and shoulder pains. Went on 8 months mission to find a mattress. Purchased celestial in medium and Itâs has been over 10 days now. I feel better with every day. Pain is gone and I sleep through the night without waking up. What a luxury feeling very happy. Staff amasing.

I purchased this mattress in Sept 2022 and if you asked me what i thought of it within the first 1-6 months of usage i would've told you it was great. As time went on, and as i followed the specific mattress rotating instructions, i noticed the mattress became lumpy, specifically soft in the area i slept on and much firmer around the edges of the mattress. I always kept myself to one side of the mattress, and i would notice that within that rotational month the other side of the mattress was raised much higher. As the months went on, i would wake up in the middle of the night noticing my weight in the centre of the mattress had no support and my neck was angled up due to the mattress being firmer around the outsides of the mattress. After submitting a warranting request, photos were requested of my mattress, to which I supplied. 6 weeks later, and after several follow up emails, the warranty team had not gotten back to me. Eventually, after then calling the Freedom store again to complain about the lack of response, the warranty team then replied, advising that from my photos submitted, they determined that "you have flexi slats as the foundation for the mattress. Flexi slats are not considered a supportive foundation when claiming warranty." It's safe to say my slats do not 'flex' and are very firm with the bed base being from Ikea and was never an issue with my old mattress. I even filmed underneath my bed to see if they flexed, which they didn't. It's very obvious that this mattress is just straight up garbage.I decided not to continue speaking with the warranty team as I realised even if i were to gain warranty, i'd only be able to get a replacement identical mattress which i'd rather not. Lots of money wasted. There's a reason this mattress is always on sale. The staff at Freedom Glynde are very nice. The mattresses are garbage. I have bought a Koala mattress to replace the Freedom one. So far, much much better and cheaper.

Canât recommend this enough. We sleep so much better now and when the other person moves in bed there is no movement of the mattress so we donât wake each other up. We purchased the plush top but it still gives great support. Itâs the more expensive option of mattress top but once we tried it at the store we were sold.
Great mattress so far. Lovely and so but not too soft - just right as the three bears say. Good value for money on sale. There was initially an issue with the first mattress that was delivered with the stitching coming apart but it was taken back straight away and replaced without too much issue/hassle by Freedom.
Originally purchased the firm but swapped it to the medium within the sleep guarantee period. The firm was comfortable but not as soft like the one in store. The medium is like a cloud! Comparable to a great mattress in a hotel. Having the best sleep. I am a back sleeper and my partner is a side sleeper, so we agreed to the happy âmediumâ.
We bought the king single mattress in medium from Freedom in Artarmon. The sales assistant Cassandra was so helpful.I like that the mattresses are made locally.We originally ordered plush but it was too soft so we swapped it to a medium which is perfect and the process was very simple.The mattresses is great quality & the medium still feels plush but with more support. Iâm a side sleeper & this mattress is the most comfortable I have ever owned.

We didnât take up what they offered to us as a âmattress protectorâ, I must have missed that part of the conversation and was confused about what this was. Unfortunately it turned out to be a waterproof mattress protector that we had to purchase at the same time as the mattress to be eligible to claim the mattress satisfaction guarantee. Sadly we are stuck with a mattress worth thousands that is far too firm. Have ended up purchasing a mattress topper elsewhere at more of an expense so itâs not a total waste of money. We were looking for a soft mattress and this surely is the case. my husband thinks this is better than any hotel mattress. This is soft you do sink into it, you can't feel your partner move. Probably not a great mattress for front sleepers as the curve in your back sinks too much, but excellent for side and back sleepers
Do not recommend this product if you genuinely need a firm mattress. The memory foam appears firm when you first use it but only took a couple of months before I had a permanent indent where I slept. I rotated the mattress several times but it started to cause me severe back issues and put my hips out so much that they were popping when I walk. I called Freedom and requested a warranty claim, which took 2 months to process - their response was that this wasn't a warranty issue. So apparently it's perfectly acceptable to Freedom to sell a product that significantly degrades within months of purchase and do nothing to provide a resolution. Do not purchase this item if you are looking for a firm mattress.
