The freshware plastic cutting boards are a pretty good set of plastic cutting boards. I prefer wood or stone, but plastic is nice when the others are being used or dirty. These have a nice look and I like that there are 3 different cutting boards, which are all different sizes. The sizing is very functional and convenient. Sizes as pictured. The details state they are hypoallergic, which I’m assuming means the plastic doesn’t hold onto dust and bacteria in its crevices because it’s non-porous. Each cutting board also have the grooves around the edges to catch any juices that may flow from cutting. That way you save your counter from being sticky or filled with germs. The backs of the cutting boards don’t contain the grooves. I also really like the grey handles because it makes these cutting boards look more stylish, plus it provides a nice grip. Their description states that they resist bacteria, odor, and stains. I have yet to confirm that because I just received them, but I love that feature. Bacteria worries me because I do cut chicken and raw meat on my cutting boards so it’s nice to know if hand washed properly they shouldn’t hold onto salmonella or e-coli. Another wonderful feature is that they are dishwasher safe. Nothing better than being able to throw them in the dishwasher. These look good, look durable, and are functional.

Wow! I love the sizes of this three-pack of BPA-free cutting boards. They are handy-sized instead of the larger boards you typically see. With this smaller, compact design, you can lay three different cutting boards on the counter to accomplish what one larger version would do - but by using one larger version, you would have to wash it in between each use. As well, each has a rubberized grip handle, rubberized corners, a rubberized bottom, and rubberized tiny peg "legs" on the front, as well as the back sides of the board, to prop up your boards a bit off the tables without worry of having direct contact or contamination. The backside of each board is flat but, as previously mentioned, has tiny peg legs on the front side, which I would assume means you could also use the flat side without contamination worries of the opposite side when in use. The trio of boards could be easily hung together from one hook attached to a wall, inside cupboard, or on a kitchen rack.Paperwork states: "Designed in the USA; Responsibly made in China," but also states these can go in the dishwasher. Typically, BPA-FREE items must only be hand-washed. So this leads me to some skepticism especially because they are manufactured in China. So who knows for sure? What EXACTLY is the USA definition of, "Responsibly Made in China?" This is why I gave a 4 out of 5 Star rating. Otherwise, I really like them.

I love the groove to catch liquids but I had higher hopes for the silicone edges but they do very little to prevent the boards from moving or spinning. I ordered them because I have a Farberware one that I love and I MISTAKENLY thought this was the same brand. This brand is much thinner boards and they warp a little right away. The silicone edges are about the same thickness as the cutting board itself which is probably a huge factor in it not keeping the boards in place. The slightest warp and the silicone edges are completely useless.I'd much rather pay for more Farberware than save a few buying Freshware again.
