These Bar-B-Q Fritos have been my favorite since I was a teenager and I'm in my 50's now. They're so very good yet so hard to describe. I have been eating Fritos corn chips for as long as I can remember. These are a great crunchy chip. I love to dip them in salsa, and cheese dips. There also good dipped in ice cream. You get the sweet and salty combination. Don't knock it until you try it. Trust me it's so good. You can even make great home cooked meals with these chips. I recently made the Fritos taco bake. It was sooo good, the whole family loved it. There is actually a recipe on the bag for a Fritos Chile pie. It seems like a very easy recipe and I might just have to give it a try.

$5.69 for a 9 oz bag of corn chips?

Frito lay always made some of my favorite snacks as a kid. The single serving bags were 4/$1. They used to be my go to brand for party and beach snacks. But now, can’t even believe my eyes when I see the prices on bags of chips in the last few years. Corporate greed really has to stop. I would love to know how Frito Lay can justify a $6 bag of chips. Maybe, take all the cancer causing poisons out and then I’ll pay $6 for a bag of chips.

A Favorite Since Grade School

I have enjoyed Fritos for as lobg as I can remember. Whenever I did not eat school lunch I always had a package of Friots in my cold lunch. That was over 50 years ago. I still remember getting a - now politcally incorrectly named - pencil top eraseer in the 6 pack lunch size packages. I still enjoy them either as part of a meal or as a snack as I watch television.

A once great snack...now tarnished.

Fritos were a once great snack that has been tarnished by the companies recent change to include cheaper cooking oils like sunflower and canola. I'm allergic to sunflower, and enjoyed Fritos as a snack that didn't use cheaper sunflower oil. Now that they've shifted to sunflower oil, I can no longer eat fritos. Additionally, I have had allergic reactions eating fritos still marked with the old ingredients, which is a clear indication that Frito-lay has done a very poor job transitioning to the newer oils. Cross-contamination is evident.Very dissapointing.

Friday night FRITOS

Our go to Friday night family dinner at least once a month is Chili overload w/ Chili Cheese flavored Fritos!!Nothing like a bowl full of homemade chili with all the fixings-cheese, sour cream, salsa (or not), green onions and of course CHILI CHEESE FRITOS SCOOPS!! And if your feeling a little bit extra-cut up some hot dogs!! I’m making myself drool. Lol yes it’s THAT good!

Fritos are life!

As I have said in the title, Fritos are life. Original Fritos are a gift from above. Nothing beats the salt, the crunch, the corn. In fact, I have penned a song about Fritos, which is a parody of Robin Gibb's Juliet. Only instead of an ode to an imaginary girl, the song is now an ode to Fritos. The chorus reads thus: "Fritos, oh Fritos. You give me feelings no one knows. Fritos, oh Fritos. To taste these chips I would die! They take me clear to the sky. And all the snack foods around the world can stand aside, for my crunchy corn babies -- F-F-F-Fritoooos." Peak songwriting skills right there.

Ingredients have CHANGED!

Late 2022 the ingredients in the original Fritos Corn Chips changed. The original 3 ingredients of Corn, Corn Oil and Salt, now have the vague description of Corn, vegetable oil (Corn oil and/or canola oil) and salt. Why the change from corn oil. The taste is not as good now, and I hope a further change to soybean oil is not coming.Please change back to the 3 simple ingredients that had such a good taste. Don't ruin a good thing to save a dollar.

My favorite snack!

My favorite snack! I enjoyed the original Fritos back in my college days, 50 years ago. I have completely fallen in love with them again. I went on to Amazon to buy a box of 50 one ounce bags as they are always the best freshly opened. I recently ordered two boxes of 50 one oz. bags again, and it is low already. I will surely be ordering another box of 50 soon! There are only three simple ingredients corn , Oil and salt. You can’t get much simpler than that. What a great snack!

Pathetic

This is bull. Walmart charges S2.48 for the snack size bag of Fritos corn chips. This has so very much to do with why this is my last month of using Walmart delivery service. And frankly if they had refund my money instead of telling me my contract wouldn't end until a certain day this month I wouldn't be using them still. But since I have to pay them for this month I decided to use them. Wish I had never gotten involved with Walmart Home Delivery service. Expensive
