Great product. Snapped my tip. Found a new tip that fit on the snapped section of my rod. Cut it clean. Melted the glue stick so it’s runny. Chucked a bit on the tip of the rod and applied new tip and let it set. I was back out the next day with the same rod and couldn’t tell the difference.

Easy to use, strong and quick, but will need a fire source like a lighter to use the glue.
I used the Fuji hot glue to fix a replacement tip onto one of my rods which became caught and damaged. The glue was very easy to use and set perfectly. It only took a couple of minutes The replacement tip was actually slightly oversize for the rod tip but the glue allowed expansion to set it just right.
It does the job that it's intended to do.On my first trip out after using it to replace a rod tip eyelet, I had a couple of teenagers stomp on the rod tip when I had the rod laying on a jetty (some teenagers seem to walk around with their eyes shut), but didn't have any issues & it still seems as good as a new rod.
Easy to repair your own favourite rod. Easy to follow instructions and online tutorials. All types and sizes available in store.
Just a tiny little hot glue stick for a hot glue gun. Can be bought in packs for $2. Not worth $12. Do not recommend.
