If I’m being completely honest. I don’t really care for the Polaroid camera. It was popular back in 2016 and I still have mine. I find it hard to use and adjust the settings to get the perfect photo but it’s hard. It’s either too exposed to light or so dark to see. Another thing is the actual camera itself it’s hard to take a photo and get the picture you want. If I want a picture of a flower the lenses has to be facing the flower obviously but if it’s slightly tilted you won’t get the imagine you want. And you waste film.

Once again this is not the exact camera I have, I have the Instax mini 7+, but Influenster did not have that option for that one. So here is my review on the Fujifilm Instax mini instant camera 7+. I got the pink one, but they also have (all pastel) blue, coral, purple, yellow. I purchased mine from Walmart for $49, but the prices are about the same on Amazon and eBay. They had a lot better deals they were just sold out when I went to my local Walmart, but you can get a option with a case, accessories, 10 pics for $69. I had to purchase a "groovy case" for $12.88 separately. Then for $100 you can get all that's included for $69 plus extra pics, lens, album for the mini pics. Also the quality of the pics are really nice they have a retro (90s) vibe to them. You can purchase the film for the cameras for $7.88 for 10, $13.88 for 20, $35 for 60 and I believe about $59 for 100. They have the small $7.88 packs in all different designs and colors. But all together I am VERY please with this camera.

My daughter absolutely loves this camera. Pictures come out great and it’s lots of fun. With that being said if you do get it for your child supervise them because it’s not a toy camera it’s a real one. However, the photo paper is ridiculously expensive and you can only use certain batteries in the camera Zinc AA batteries are not compatible and will lead you to believe that the camera is broken (constant red flashing light) when really you just need Alkaline batteries.

Easy and fun to use!I actually bought this to send pictures along with a manifest for a literal barrel of gifts I’m sending to an island in the Caribbean. As far as instant cameras go it works great. I was alive and had the original Polaroid instant camera back in the day so I think I’m somewhat qualified to give a review. Lol!!The Fuji brand has been around and I’ve never had a problem with them, yet. This Fuji instant camera only takes a moment to get used to orienting the camera and turning the camera on using the lens. It’s easy to take selfies and close up pics, it’s one of the functions. In fact this camera has 3 easy setups, off, on and closeup. You can’t mess that up and we’ll if you do… I got nothing. No glitches so far, it’s easy to set up and ... MoreEasy and fun to use!I actually bought this to send pictures along with a manifest for a literal barrel of gifts I’m sending to an island in the Caribbean. A good gift. The stick-on parts are a bit of a gimmick, and the photo packs that come with each of these sets are probably the novelty versions that haven't sold well - I'd much rather a plain pack - but otherwise it's a good set offering good value. We haven't achieved a photo quality anything like the examples shown, but we've only taken a couple of photos so maybe we'll get better with practice.Otherwise, it's nice to be able to take photos that print straight away rather than just getting stored and lost on your phone. We'll take photos for the kids and put them in their lunch boxes to surprise them, and made a Christmas decoration out of our first photo.
Cheapest price online during the Black Friday sales, beating all competitors - some by at least $50. Easy transaction to complete and easy to click and collect. All in all hassle free. The camera itself is for a Christmas present and untested to date. It seems to be the go to gadget of choice for kids aged 9-16 and there has been a lot of demand. The film obviously costs more than digital printing, but that's not the point of a camera like this. It's instant and fun -hence why these have made a resurgence in popularity.
I bought this for nostalgia. I had an iZone camera when I was in primary school, which was kind of the same idea: mini instant photos. I loved that thing! I’m only on my second film pack, but I’m still trying to decide if I like it. The pictures come out quite blurry unless I use the selfie/portrait setting and make sure everything is up close. The flash flashes every time, it doesn’t seem to matter how bright it is. I haven’t tried it outdoors yet, so I guess this isn’t a completely fair review, but so far this camera is really just of nostalgic value. I’ll keep using it for selfies and portraits, but I have a feeling this is one that will sit on a shelf once the novelty wears off. It’s a bit pricey for what you get.
Simple, easy to use, child friendly camera. We purchased this for our creative daughters 8yr old birthday. She has had hours of fun with it, snapping all her favorite people. The mirror display that allows for selfie photos is quite ingenious. Each morning she flips the photo storage book stand to display a new picture, keeping her desk fresh & functional.Highly recommend this for any creative individual wanting a more tangible photographic experience, to use in their next scrapbook.- I only wish this had a zoom/focus option for the lens, but as an entry level item, it can’t have all the bells & whistles.
Pros: My 9 year old daughter loves this camera. It's a bit tricky getting a good photo if the light is a bit dim or even if the sun/ light is directly in the shot. One photo looked very white due to the white clothing and the table lamp being in shot.Film is expensive so she's taking her time using the camera. I also got an accessory pack online elsewhere and this has definitely improved her enjoyment of the cameraCons: Would be nice to be able to adjust the settings for the brightness but I understand this is not available for this type of cameraFilm very expensive
Purchased this set as a gift at Thanksgiving and gave it as a Christmas present. Opened on Christmas Day and did not work straight out of the box! Reviewed online suggestions to troubleshoot. The batteries in box were dead. Why? It’s suppose to be a new product. Put in new batteries and now at least the light turned on but it was blinking. As per Polaroid website that means that the camera is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. Not replace batteries the camera. We tried switching batteries again just to hopefully get it working and still had blinking light meaning malfunction. So, so disappointing for a child to receive what she really wanted for Christmas and couldn’t take any pictures on Christmas Day due to a product that was sold as new. So, so disappointing for a child to receive what she really wanted for Christmas and couldn’t take any pictures on Christmas Day due to a product that was sold as new. Ordered a replace Polaroid camera from Target and will be picking up tomorrow. Thank goodness my child knows patience. I even purchased a warranty for the product which I did not use for a brand new right out of the box camera that doesn’t work. Not for the money I paid for something that should have worked right away. Stay far away from this product set and the supplier. It’s has to be old product or poor storage if the batteries were dead. Not worth having a heartbroken child who cannot use a gift.
