Really difficult to get the square films. It should be easier to get or at least the printer should be able to work with different kind of films. To get the square films it is necessary to order online overseas, and probably for an expensive price. So this printer is nearly useless.

The idea and quality of the photos are great but I only printed 4 photos and now the battery doesn’t work. It won’t charge and I have tried to look for a replacement but this one uses NP50 but everyone uses NP45. Wish I could return !

Ordered this at a very good price. Didnt receive confirmation that it had been shipped after a week had passed, so I emailed asking for an update. I was told that they were out of stock due to a "market shortage" and would I like a refund? (I had received no notification from them about the item being out of stock until I contacted them first).I said I would be happy to wait until they restocked, or even to receive it in a different colour, but instead they conveniently sidestepped all my questions and processed the refund. Their replies dont even read like a genuine response by a customer service rep, instead seem like they were copy and pastes of pre-written templates.Of course, I went to check the website straight away and lo and behold - all the models are ... I ordered 2 weeks. Status is being processed. I already paid. The product informs that it will be delivered within 6-8 days. Now I have not yet received. I have to use it a lot.
Pretty happy with this little printer, even though I have a Canon Selphy for higher quality (not to mention 4-5x cheaper) 4x6 prints, the sheer portability and immediacy of Instax has it's own appeal. The unit is simple enough, not the toughest build (battery and USB doors in particular are flimsy) but I like the copper and iridiscent-ish details on the black unit.The app has some connection quirks, it's supposed to switch your phone over to the printer's Wi-Fi automatically but mine kept going back to home WiFi even after I specified to stay on the Instax despite no internet... Not hard to overcome by simply manually selecting the printer from the Wi-Fi settings tho, less of an issue on the go.Mine updated to FW 01.02 but I couldn't find any release notes on ... The SP-3 Photo Printer has been great so far! Only downside I don’t like is the app. It is very outdated and very glitchy at times. But overall prints came out very clear and fast!
Great product! The printer’s features are significantly more efficient and overall give you a more satisfactory end product compared to other printers. I love the vintage-like pictures and they give such a nostalgic and memorable experience!

Didn’t come with the rechargeable battery and another important piece to the camera. This company is a scam wow the box has been opened and obviously used but they were selling it as a new product. There’s a reason it’s cheaper
Good Points: Better than the cameras. You can use your mobile and ensure the photo is perfect before printing, this saves on wasting photos which don't turn out too good, making you waste photos.Improvement Points: Nothing
