Fujifilm NP-W126S Li-ion Battery

I purchased this battery and the associated charger. Items were as described and work perfectly, and I think I saved about 15% compared to m any other suppliers. Shipping and delivery was very prompt and painless. I have been an Adorama customer for around 30 years, and whether it's an expensive camera or computer, or simply a roll of 35mm film, they always come through.

I purchased the Fujifilm NP-W126S battery as a spare for my X-S10. I purchased the Fujifilm battery as opposed to a third party battery, even though they are more expensive, for several reasons:1. Use of a Fujifilm battery maintains warranty coverage in the event of a battery induced problem.2. The voltage discharge curve and the internal impedance of the battery are important -- especially as the battery approaches the lower end of its operating voltage as it approaches shutdown. Camera performance could be problematic with other batteries due to higher internal impedances that result in great voltage drop during high current peaks as the battery discharges.Cheaper batteries are not necessarily money spent wisely.

Nothing like the real deal from Fuji! After nearly needing micro-tools to extract another brand's swollen battery from my camera it's a relief to count on the superior quality and reliability of this item. Might cost a little extra, but it's worth the price.
