I chose this product to double the in hand battery life, and allow for more creative control of composition while allowing controls to be easily accessed. I love the grip; the only downside is that it adds to the weight of the camera rig (GFX 100II).

As long as you're ok with the robust size and weight this adds, it is outstanding. The build quality is just as good as the camera itself and having 3 times the battery life is so nice. So happy I got it for my GFX 100 ii.

As long as you're ok with the robust size and weight this adds, it is outstanding. The build quality is just as good as the camera itself and having 3 times the battery life is so nice. So happy I got it for my GFX 100 ii.

I find the most useful aspect of this grip is that you don't loose the use of the camera battery. Great to have power from 3 batteries before a change.
