The hammer is a good unit with a v good price.The previous unit was the same model and we hammered it for 14 months before the lowlife stole it.

Digging a long trench for an electrical installation and we hit a 5m section of sandstone that the trencher just couldn't get through. No hire shops open on Sunday, so a quick run to Bunnings and back with this demo hammer and 5 hours later we're through and the job's done ready for the sparky on Monday. This 'Full Boar' (Ozito) hammer seems reasonably well made and hopefully will last for at least the next few year's worth of odd jobs.

No hire shops open on Sunday, so a quick run to Bunnings and back with this demo hammer and 5 hours later we're through and the job's done ready for the sparky on Monday. This 'Full Boar' (Ozito) hammer seems reasonably well made and hopefully will last for at least the next few year's worth of odd jobs.
I bought this 6 months ago. Very skeptical about its abilities given the price.I was pleasantly surprised.This "beast" broke everything I gave it with ease. I have demolished reinforced driveways. Water tank foundations and barbeque slabs as well as digging trenches for storm water pipe and natural gas lines.Has been money well spent on my renovation projects.
Poor quality the points break easy, warranty is for repairs only and if you have not retained your receipt to prove date of purchase Bunning are not interested. Also the unit over heats in normal use.
beaut little machine, it's my second and really liking they updated the power cord. its no longer a flimsy wire
Does the job but too heavy. Unless you are built like a mountain. I need to go down a size I am only built like a small hill.
Bought one of these today because I had to have a jackhammer to finish a job before a building inspector comes tomorrow. Hope this one lasts. The one it replaced was only bought last October. That's right , 5 months old and it's falling to bits to replace an earlier version that was hardly used that again fell to bits prematurely but was out of warranty time wise. The one I bought this to replace has been discontinued and is no longer available and was a slightly heavier and more powerful unit, It's been sent away for repair. Won't be impressed if Ozito , the importers, decide to repair it and I end up with 2 jackhammers. Unnecessary expense having to spend over $300 to finish a job because the first jackhammer fell to bits with very minimal use. I bought one of these and it worked great. However after 30 minutes tinny bits of metal started flying out of the motors fan. Some of the little bits imbedded themselves in my arm. they looked a bit like little blackheads. The tool was still working but didn't think it was safe to use it. I returned it and asked for a refund. I was given a store credit.
have used mine almost every day for the last 3 years and have only just busted a rubber bush near the shank. after all the abuse i have put this thing through it never failed.i am planning on buying two more very soon.
