Furby Coral Interactive Toy

I was gifted this Furby in exchange for my honest review. What an awesome throwback to my childhood days! I used to love my Furby as a kid and am thrilled they decided to bring them back, years later. I love the colorful fun packaging that the Furby comes in. It's definitely eye catching. This coral color is very bright and fun. I love that it unlocks according to your individual voice including various commands to help build a friendship with. A comb, clip beads, string, and a charm are all included to help decorate and personalize your Furby. So far, it's fun, just wish it had more commands and would be exciting to see it connect to the internet to maybe meet other furbies but that's just a thought.

Absolutely Adorable!!!!

My niece just had her 7th birthday and wanted a Furby. We purchased the Coral interactive plush toy Furby because pink is her favorite color. My family and I went to her party and when she was unwrapping her gifts she kept closing her eyes and wishing that the next one would be a Furby. Well, she got her wish!!! She was super excited and opened it immediately. She named her Maddie :)It’s the cutest toy ever! It has 5 voice activated modes, 600 responses that you discover, lights, sounds. I definitely recommend it. They also come in a wide range of colors. Now my niece is asking for another one because it has to have a “Furby Friend”. Sooooo cute!!!

Brings back fond memories

I loved Furby when they first came out and my oldest kids had to have one. I have fond memories of them playing with theirs and now my youngest gets to experience the fun of having her very own. The design, the voice, it is so adorable! It's fur is soft enough for her to snuggle with. She gets a kick out of it's Dance Party feature & loves it's little voice when it sings. I only wish that the beak moved when it spoke or sang, to make it a bit more realistic. But she loves it as is and that's what truly matters. The Let's Chill feature has to be my favorite feature! If I could give Furby 6 stars, I would! My granddaughter and I are having a blast unlocking all the features Furby is capable of doing. My very favorite is "let's chill". Furby goes through calming exercises with Zen like sounds. This is perfect for when a child needs to just chill. Some other features we have unlocked is, dance party, light show, copy cat, tell me my fortune and many more. Furby comes with jewelry and a comb to help decorate it. This incredible toy is so lifelike it knows when you're rubbing it's belly or behind it's ears. There are too many features to write about. I feel like every time we play with Furby, we learn something new. I'm not sure who loves this toy more, my six year old granddaughter or this 60 year old grandmother.

Kids age 2 & 7 love it

I had major doubts about this Furby, because I hrew up with the original creepy version. Gotta say that this one isn't creepy at all. My two year old thinks it's a little baby for her to cuddle, and my seven year thinks it's fun to make it dance and sing. There aren't a ton of things for it to do so far. Per my understanding, the more we play with it, the more functions we will unlock. The price point seems a little high considering the limited functions, the FOUR batteries it needs (not included), and the very minimal accessories it comes with. I think $40-45 would be a fair price, not $70. Also would like to note that there is a bit of a learning curve for kids to understand how to give it commands. My kids keep saying things to quickly or unclearly.

Years ago, as a parent, my biggest complaint was that there was no way to shut Furby off. Many thanks to Hasbro for finally adding a way to shut off this toy so it doesn't randomly turn on at strange times. Furby also now has light up ears which are totally awesome. The ears light up green when Furby is listening to a command such as "dance party, light show, and Lets chill". Other times the ears light up different colors. At the time of this review Furby 2023 only comes in 2 colors, the purple/pink or coral. The 2023 models have light up buttons on their forehead and no longer have the lcd eyes or moving beak. I really love these changes. The eyes are cute with rainbows and hearts. Furby does not connect online but 2 or more Furbies can still chat and play together. Spending more time with Furby opens more songs and words. The more you play, the more Furby learns. Great updates in this model. And to turn Furby off just tap the forehead button 3 times.

Pretty much like the original

I had the original furby when I was younger, waited in line for them to drop and got one on release day. I was so excited, until I got it home. This remake is very similar to what I remember from the original. The commands are easy enough but it sometimes feels like it doesn't respond to any external stimulus and just does its own thing. I love the colors and updated design, thay still keeps true to the original but overall I'm not impressed. I really thought with all the advances in technology, that it would be able to listen and respond to commands much easier than it actually does. Personally I think a younger child would get frustrated with it.

So cute!

This is a blast from the past! Now my kids gets to enjoy a furby of their own. The furby is interactive with so many prompts and commands. The voice is adorable and it will even sing songs. If you need it to sleep you place it on its back and it will eventually begin snoring. It has a cute dance party command mode that will have your little one giggling and laughing along. When you need a break you can also use the copy cat command and it will keep your little one entertained forever. I like the tell my fortune mode and I’ll tease my kids with it and say “will mom be making dinner tonight?” It’s a super cute toy and I’m happy to have one in our home.

The box it comes in has a "zipper" feature on the side that you use to open the box. Then there is a flap that you open and then you pull out the Furby along with a colorful background that you can use to pretend play. The Furby is screwed to the cardboard, so you have to detach it to put in the batteries.She has been playing for hours with this Furby and so far her favorite features on the "tell my fortune" and the light show feature. She has been so engaged with this toy that it is now all she plays with.But, it can be turned off when you need some quiet time. I believe the older Furby's could not and would randomly say something which was kind of freaky!This is a great toy for children age 6 or above. My grand daughter is 6, so she is just loving this!I have nothing but pros right now for this toy. She has been playing with it for 2 days straight, learning all its features. It's a cute toy, and you don't hear a lot of repeating phrases and songs, as there is so many.

It comes with set games/responses, which does give it a bit more to play with than the original Furby.Furby's dance party can get a little wild. While missing an off switch, it is easy to put Furby to sleep and then put away to play with later.
