We were looking for a new possible shampoo for our dogs because the shedding is just out of control. Saw this Furminator shampoo & conditioner at PetSmart so we figured we'd give it a try. Apparently it worked wonders when washing our golden, because a lot of hair came off. Fast forward a few days, and she has a scab on her back that made her wince when I touched it, and we keep finding more - my husband says "they're all over her back"Extremely disappointed in this and would never recommend to anyone - I'll actually make sure to tell people to steer clear of this one.

We were looking for a new possible shampoo for our dogs because the shedding is just out of control. Saw this Furminator shampoo & conditioner at PetSmart so we figured we'd give it a try. Apparently it worked wonders when washing our golden, because a lot of hair came off. Fast forward a few days, and she has a scab on her back that made her wince when I touched it, and we keep finding more - my husband says "they're all over her back"Extremely disappointed in this and would never recommend to anyone - I'll actually make sure to tell people to steer clear of this one.
We are using what was sent to us and it is not the 10 to 1. They have changed everything about it and right now we are not happy about it. I wish they would bring the original back. We need to stand together and let the makers know we are not happy with their new product.
I’ve tried a million different deshed shampoos is the years I’ve owned my dog grooming business- this is the only deshed shampoo I will ever use. Paired with the conditioner this product works wonders. We let each sit for 5 minutes! I even use the shampoo on my own personal dogs who aren’t very hairy because the smell is so good and lasts for so long! Tropical paradise! AND I love Ryan’s!
