Introduced to Curcumin Advanced by a well researched neighbour my use over the past two weeks appears to have accelerated the reduction of fluid on my left knee, allowing me to resume sport much earlier than anticipated so I’m really ‘sold’ and grateful. It will be a regular for me. Over the two weeks I have been taking two caps three times daily. I’ll reduce that once my knee is fully right again. Buying from cityhealth has been a great help too. Seriously better priced than instore.

It really works for anti inflammation. I took only 3 days for twice a day and notice the difference in joint paint. Even my plantar fasciitis muscle pain is no longer as pain as before, i believe is because of this product. However, taking twice a day causes me skin rash reaction. So change to taking it once a day and hopefully wont have allergic reaction anymore.

I first used this product to help with nagging long term pain in my ankle after a fall. I have had no pain since I began using the Curcumin, but for a short period, when I stopped using it. My Mum's shoulder pain has stooped since I recommended it to her.
I just got over a inflamed lumbar disc, and was on a strong pain killer, when it healed I started using these only when needed and found they work.
Big capsule looks like the real thick coloured beige plastic capsule. Will not buy again due to this. However, as for the inside product, I have been squeezing contents into an O size empty capsule which is a lot smaller (don't know why the made this capsule so big considering the amount of contents) and taking it three times per day with food and no adverse effects or nausea. I have had Ross river fever, for many years and constantly had aches and sore joints every day. Since taking Curcumin daily that has stopped, its quite amazing. Also my mother has inflammatory arthritis and she has started taking it as well, and feeling really good she take two daily and going well. Love the stuff....
Very effective for joint pain and inflammation. Also, for me, I take only when necessary.
I only tried this on a suggestion, not expecting anything. I've got inflammation with some of my muscles and joints in my legs particularly that made it difficult walking.It was frustrating as I could see what I could do shrinking. Took about a month and I just noticed less pain and I could move much further. Months later it is far better again. I can walk and exercise a lot further. Maybe coincidence,but I doubt it. I'd recommend it highly. Try it for a few months and see how you go.
