G-Shock GM2110D-2B G-Steel Metal Covered 'CasiOak'

Excellent watch. Looks very smart and great functionality. This one's not solar but you can pay a few hundred extra if you think that's worth it which I don't for the sake of changing a battery. Links easy to change out, I used a toothpick.

Factory built Casioak

I loved the style of this watch, I just wish the details supported it. The bracelet feels lightweight and cheap, the light that illuminates the dial is from the 90’s, and the digital displays are a bit hard to read. My finger never quite finds the pushers,The face is beautiful, a delightful orange candy color. I like the dimensions and the geometry! The finish and polish are nicer than one would expect for the price, although simple.I expect legendary toughness from a G-Shock, and nothing about this bracelet inspires confidence there. It doesn’t have to be heavy, but it has to have weight, or substance.It’s a fun homage to the AP, and that’s why I got it. Great dial, terrible bracelet

This is my second of the “Casioak” style models. Love my first and when this one popped up I didn’t pay too much attention and thought it was solar, it is not. Still a good module and does all the things you’d expect.The bracelet is a different story. Rolled links, open end links into a resin double spring bar contraption. I’d really suggest Casio include pictures of the watch back and underside of the watch band.In hindsight I’d have been better off saving up for a better model.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

What a horrible interaction and service. They have unprofessional individuals working there that don’t know what they’re talking about and straight up lie to their customers. Very very unhappy with my first experience with them never ever again will I buy their product. Horrible has a new low and this is it. I hope the higher-ups read this review because I am very unhappy. They are completely nasty on the phone.

Hugely dissapointing

Rally disappointed. Only out the box for about 5 mins. The hands look really flimsy and cheap and the bracelet is really low quality. Really unfortunate as they look great in pictures and was buying this with a view to get one of the more expensive ones. Unfortunate my the decision to send it back after 10 mins. Major disappointment.

It POPS!

What a fantastic looking metal G-Shock! I think it’s a good deal for the price. The hands and markers are metal and really sparkle against the navy blue background. I wear this one to dressier occasions like church. My only complaint is that the clasp isn’t as robust as I’d like but overall I’m happy with it.

Great watch. Daft instructions with it. One small and possibly insignificant reason:- I wanted to find out how to reset the hand position if they ever became misaligned. There's a specific numbered para in the small operating book that looked promising. No, it says refer to the Casio website but without giving a URL. Ok, easy to find the website. Try to find a section there about the subject using their search facility? No, nothing found. After scouting around found something. It said refer to the operating instructions. Ridiculous. Ok though because there's stuff about this on Youtube.Great watch. Just need to find out how to adjust the strap. Doesn't seem there's anything about that in those instructions.To be expected in this day and age.

So I already posted this review and it seems casio didn't post it. The quality if the watch is terrible. The strap is flimsy and way to light for a watch of this size and the hands look cheep and flimsy. Really dissapointed I was expecting good things. Dial was a nice colour though didn't like that I had to pay for my own return.
