Really enjoying the G-Shock 2100 in the neon green. It's subtle enough to wear to a formal event, but also recognizable as an obvious G-Shock Icon.My only gripe is that it was pre-Bluetooth and Tough Solar, which are great additions to the later models, but you pay for it.Otherwise it's exactly what you expect from a G-Shock. Tough, Water-proof, feature-packed. It was really well priced from Watch Direct, so I couldn't go passed it. Arrived quickly, well packed and was quick and easy to register the warranty online.Will buy from WD again.

I assure you these do not come packaged like their fancier siblings and if you say anything different that is because those unboxing videos are from people who added those tins and boxes themselves. But enough on that already. All in all, this is a great watch with a unique reverse red display, Tough Solar so that you don't have to worry about batteries for at least ten to twelve years, a multiband - 6 radio syncing capability and bluetooth. It is a G-Shock so it is pretty much indestructible. Excellent value!

Straight out the box very pleased.The hands are a lot easier for seeing rather than the all black which I had previously, also a fantastic watch.The date area is very difficult to read which is a let down. They should have used a lighter background rather than the negative. You can move the hands by pressing the light and "Mode" which moves the hands should they obscure the date area, then you can simply move them back.The glow in the dark is really good and you can give it a quick charge by a lightbulb or natural light which lasts all night. Very readable in the dark.The wristband is comfortable and the whole thing simply works as it should do. I wear mine literally 24/7 it rarely leaves my wrist.The days of the week is much better to see ... MoreReally good watch. Solid, reliable and very classic. The dw5600 design gets a more modern touch and it definitely works. The negative display was also surprisingly bright, never had trouble reading the time during the day. The cloth strap was also a nice touch, felt really comfortable. Combined that with the watch's light weight and the watch becomes something you can wear everyday and night.In terms of watch direct, order came through quick and the watch was quickly posted. Shipping was normal and they packed the watch in a nice cardboard box for shipping. Price was also in line with other retailers so that was nice.Overall, really good watch and good experience with watch direct. Would like to buy more watches from them but they do miss some brands, such as Hamilton for example.

A sophisticated take on cassioak series that looks at home in more places than one.Bought for work to handle accidental scrapes during manual handling and to look good doing so; ended up wearing the watch outside of work as my daily with the exception of dressier occasions.Has a nice weight to it despite having a slightly slimmer build than the resin models so feels good.Looks good in proportion to my 18cm/7inch wrist, with a dial that’s easy to read. The back light feature is quite underwhelming and doesn’t last for very long but I can’t see myself needing that very often.The watch comes well packaged with plenty of padding and the box is aesthetically pleasing. I have an all black version, and bought one like this from this seller. I have 7.25 wrist ---and unless you want a garish dinnerplate, over- sized clumsy looking Invicta type watch....this watch is the perfect size.It doesn't get in the way of someone that actually works for a living. Goes under the sleeves/jackets, is in sync every day with atomic time. As far as the little window info portals --- I can see the date and day. no need for the other bells and whistles. Also, a lot of watch manufacturers are starting to go back to the original Rolex sized watches - 37 - 40 mm. 42 is okay , but 44 and up?.....just tape a clock to your wrist.
I purchased this model some while ago and decided to return my initial purchase of it to the retailer as I was not happy with it initially. The reason being was that I was under the impression that the little red dot shown on the watch face in the sub dial constantly shows next to the 'L' battery indicator. I was under the impression that this little red dot was an active battery level indicator for this model, however upon further enquiries with Casio I was informed that this is not the case, it is purely the styling for this particular model and plays no part in reflecting the charge level of the watch battery. I was looking for a new G-Shock watch for my husband for a Christmas gift. He had his old one for at least 10 years and it was time for an upgrade. I saw this watch on the G-shock site and knew it was the one because it has a more refined slim look to it than his last big rugged one. Sadly it was all sold out. A quick internet search led me to Jared, whose selection is as wide as the G-shock site. I was so happy to find it here. Shipping was quick…received in theme for Christmas. My husband loves it. He’s finally retired his old G-shock and wears this one everyday.
A simple watch that does perfect what it is made for: showing the correct time.I love the weight of it.
