Also, it's not like these aegis units aren't thoroughly reviewed all over the internet. Put as much energy into researching your parts as you would into writing a review.

Second stick filled my mainboard now. Others mentioned that there is no RAM cooler and they are just stickers on the side. No argument that this is true, but nowhere is it said that there are coolers. It’s just basic RAM and works as such.

I purchased this memory module after speaking with a Micro Center associate. I was looking to add more memory to my desktop and this item is what I was looking for.
My wife needed extra memory in her Lenovo desktop due to Photoshop crashes. We bumped her from 12 GB to 24 GB swapping a 4 GB module for this one. Performance has been fine, and there have been no crashes. Her PC is nowhere near a gaming rig; it's essentially what you'd find in your average business. We didn't need expensive, fast memory with a heat dissipator. We just needed a standard 16 GB memory kit. This fit the bill.
I would recomend this card to anyone seeking to save money on a ram card while still getting what youu want, more ram for your system without the cosmetic added price. Sure the sticker looks cool compared to no sticker and no ram case but it isn't as cool looking as a rip jaw in my opinion. Nonetheless with the money saved on buying 2 of these it might help save you enough to get that better processor or graphics card you've been wanting to save for which makes it an easy 5 star for overall money savings and matching performance of any card for its specific speed in mhz and overall ram.i recomend buying these over other ram cards seeing as most people look at computer fans,cpu,coolers,graphics cards rgb over the ram case any day.
Somebody else already said it. Plug it in it does what it's supposed to do. Worked seamlessly with the other G Skill ii had in there. I have two sticks that don't seem to like something in my Gigabyte Gaming 3 board, or my Ryzen 3 chip, or that combination. GSkill works a charm
G.skill is my go to ram supplier. I have ripjaws, tridents and value series and now some of this kit. It’s always worked great, except for this stick which came without any XMP profiles preloaded. Which means I may have to try my own timings and sub timings and for my use case (mATX server running FreeNAS), timings aren’t critical. But if I knew it wouldn’t have XMP I wouldn’t have paid the extra few bucks for 2666 and just gotten 2400 speed. G.skill seems to check on these reviews from time to time so hopefully they reach out because while XMP is a convenience feature, if you advertise it, it better be available. I am using an Athlon 3000G, but the previous G.skill Value ram I had installed had XMP profiles so it’s not the motherboard or processor being incompatible.
One of my Ram slots failed and unable to use 2 x 8 gb sticks. I used one 16gb sticks and works perfectly and runs @ 2666. Fast.
I'd recommend these to anyone looking for entry-level DDR4 for their system; while I realize other brands offer faster memory and RGB options and maybe a unicorn as well, I rarely need anything more intense than 3D rendering, and G.Skill handles everything else while my GPU works. I'd have no problem recommending them because I have no problem buying more of them.
This product does the job. It may not have the best looks but it makes up for it in performance and in price. Runs really good is power efficient and a great stick of ram.
