5 star product. Had 16 and finally upgraded to 32 so I already knew this was a quality product. Everything works out of the box, very happy with the product.Sadly -1 star for PBTech's lack of packaging. A fragile sticker does not equate to packaging and couriers don't give a ****. Packaging next time please.

Initially was frustrated and was bluescreening a lot with a new build, thought it was these sticks so ended up running extensive memory checks on them. One does actually have a very inconsitantly occuring error. Turns out it was something else causing bluescreens, but knowing there is a very small error here is slightly worrying, though have had no further issues with system. They look amazing though and give great performance otherwise.

The memory works fine, the 3600 speed is very good. My games are running super smooth. And the RGB looks so good. The colour patterns are fully customizable, that gives you some extra fps (PCMR knows).The only possible downside is the width of these shields around the memory. I felt they were a bit too large and I don't know if I can fit more on my motherboard. Can't confirm because I haven't tried, if I upgrade to 32GB I will come to update my review and increase to 5 stars if they fit.

Can’t get stable at 3600Mhz

These sticks do look the part with the heat spreaders and the RGB but, sadly, in my case there is no performance to match. Running without DOCP enabled is fine for my needs, as it turns out, but it’s frustrating to know there is extra performance to be had out of the RAM. When enabling DOCP in BIOS, most of my games crash on launch and sometimes the system will just reboot randomly. I’ve tinkered with voltages to not avail. I’ve also tried manually tuning the timings using the DRAM calculator for Ryzen with both ‘safe’ and ‘fast’ figures - the system won’t even POST with either. So, I guess I lost the silicon lottery!

Get this if only on AMD and please read if your pc crashes randomly

Installed but kept crashing or freeze randomly. After hours of troubleshooting I narrowed it down. I had to tune down the ram setting to just slightly below 3600 MHz to 3526 MHz in order for the crashing to stop. Turns out while the ram is advertised as 3600 it's not able to fully run at that speed. At least not on my mobo (Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming), which btw from the manual it is listed not as the official vendor which probably explain why. Once speed was lowered slightly, it tested everything works fine. I hope this save someone the headache if they're experiencing crashes or fail bootup. I don't feel confident using this time to OC though if you're going to play around with the clock.

Great RAM

I've bought two kits of this RAM now. About a year or two apart. Trident Z Neo is the way to go if you want to add a little bit of RGB to your build. I recently upgraded from 16gb to 32gb and I was just as happy with my purchase the second time around as I was the first. The only con I can even think of is that it doesn't overclock well but I got it to 3800 MHz on it's XMP timings. Other than that it looks good, is low profile enough to fit under a Dark Rock Pro 4 and has a overall cool design. And absolutely looks great with all 4 DIMM slots populated.

Great Value

I have purchased two of these sets for a total of 32GB. After putting the first set through the wringer for about a month and not having issues with the RAM itself, I decided to purchase a second set. If you're working with an ASUS motherboard and the RGB fails due to ASUS Aura (not a fault of the RAM), try turning your system off at the power supply (or unplug it) and swapping the RAM around on the motherboard. This seems to reset the RAM SPD. I had to do this a couple of times. No more issues after uninstalling Aura/Windows and using OpenRGB/Linux.

I had issues installing with Ryzen 5 and Asus Tuf B550M

This memory simply did not work with my mobo and processor. Not sure what the issue is. It was recognized automatically by the bios as 2133MHz. I tried a few different speeds including 3600 with the same result, the BIOS would lock up and sometimes not post at all. I was able to get to the clean install of Windows 10 but that errored on me and the install shut down. Luckily I had some RAM from another build and put that in there to see. Bios was stable and windows installed. Ordered another set of Ram for the build. Other people have had this memory work but it did not work with Asus Tuf B550M and Ryzen 5 3600. 3 stars because I realize not everything is compatible out there. Just works. Simply just works

Item is easy to configure. Turn on docp with ease without any hiccups and runs at or above rated speeds. Only issue however is putting it on the slot hurts because of its sharp shroud. But otherwise great product. Still 5 stars. I would also recommend maxing your system ram with this.

I had some minor difficulty getting the second ram stick to work but after a quick googke search and booting into safe mode i got everything working perfectly. Had to enable XMP manually to get the 3600MHz speed, works great with my ryzen 7 3700x on my asus b450 gaming 2 mother board, the leds look sexy as well. I had to use the ausus software to configure all of my leds, the trident app was useless and did not work for me.
