This ram is fantastic. Have been slowly upgrading my PC and decided to get some upgraded ram as well. Got it at an amazing deal and couldn’t be happier. Performs great.

I was very lucky to have found both 32 GB kits I bought as Open box returns at my local Micro Center at a good price. I chose the XMP profile and it was plug and play. CPU-Z showed all for sticks are running at DDR4-4000 full speed. I did increase the CPU infinity fabric so I can have the recommended 1:1 ratio with the RAM, as recommended for Ryzen and again, no issues. After that I stressed the system using Aida64 for 4 hours and no problem. And lastly I checked the memory overnight for 10 hours using Passmark Memtest86 pro. It passed with flying colors. This particular model is just rock solid. Go and just get it.

Performs as expected, no issues with setting this memory at advertised speeds, and no issues with rgb either, all works as it should! It looks great, and the heat spreaders aren't excessively tall, but keep an eye out as this kit probably won't work for dual tower air coolers. I had to go down to a single tower for that reason, but fan clearance (with a normal width 25mm fan) isn't an issue.

Overall would recommend this, with the caveat that some cpu's/motherboards might struggle to run this high of speed. For reference I have a 10900kf at 5.1ghz on an Asus ROG Strix z490-G Wifi. Initially after getting the replacement kit it would still only run at 3800mhz, but updating the motherboard bios fixed that and it is now running at the advertised speeds. It's absolutely overkill but looks great and runs well.
I 100% recommend this to anyone who has an internal graphics card or just a regular setup. I have a 5700g and this makes it perform pretty well in most games. Still waiting for a graphics card to try out top tier games.
They are in my opinion one of the best looking RGB memory sticks out there. Unfortunately, I can say I have experience a quality product when 1 out of the four sticks I received started having issues this quicklyThe leds ability change has stopped working. Now its stuck only showing blue.
This is not Samsung Bdie and it is NOT dual rank meaning there is no rank interleaving. Latency sucks out of the box and 1.4v on Hynix (downbin) is already pushing it. I would not recommend this ram kit. Save your money and buy better ram with tighter timings.
At normal price I cannot recommend this but at it's open box prices it is a very compelling option due to only being $10 more than it's 3200mhz competition this is especially a good option if you have or are planning on using a Ryzen CPU as they benefit a ton from fast ram.
G.Skill Trident Z RGB Series 32GB (2x16GB Modules) DDR4 4000 MHz (PC4 3200) G.Skill Model F4-4000C18D-32GTZR, Plug and play, set X.M.P. done! Gigabyte Aorus X570 Ultra Motherboard Rev 1.1 (Firmware F32) with AMD Ryzen 9 5900X CL18 works for me and I don't get caught up in the lower CL is so much better. You can test and prove it works faster but you won't feel any difference in day to day use. G.Skill makes great memory modules and price influences sales more than CL speed. The two 16GB modules provide more than ample amount of RAM for Windows 10. Timing 18-22-22-42 works perfectly at 1.40 volts
The product doesn't work when just setting the XMP to automatic. At least for me. At first I couldn't get the speed I wanted, but once I tried different timings and etc, I finally got it to get to 4000MHz. Not sure if this is because this is a fairly new board and CPU. I should have checked their website. This product is not on the QVL for Z590-A Pro. But it still works so far. The only two speeds I can get this working at on the Z590-A Pro is 3200 CL16 and 4000 CL19. Any other speed or doing just an automatic XMP causes a BSOD. I still think the RAM is probably faulty to some degree since it also caused an issue on a previous board. Overall it's an okay product but has some issues, I'd definitely check the QVL for your board, before purchasing this.
