I've suffered from IBS for more than 7 years now and this product is a life saver. I usually get a lot of bloating and when this happens at night, this is the only product that helps me get a better night sleep. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes before I start to feel relief. I had a lot of pain from extreme bloating. Had never tried Gaia but it was the only remedy I could find (am traveling and away from my usual shops) so I figured why not try it. So glad I did. Pain resolved with a couple hours after two doses. Bloating a little relieved, still more to go. So glad I tried it!

I have a sensitive stomach and especially during my period, I can get bloated very bad with gas and at night I cannot sleep when this happens. there were times when I had horrible stomach aches and this one is so soothing and helpful which I love. very good products and the ingredients are amazing too

I've been using this product for years. I usually ordered via Vitamin Shoppe. The previous version of the product was more like an oil based liquid. This is all dry powder herbs. It doesn't work immediately as it previously did and not as soothing. I could taste the fennel and peppermint as soon as I swallowed in the previous version. Not a fan of the switch up.
I purchase this product because it was natural. I am gluten intolerant and finding it harder and harder to find gluten free produces it my area. After reading the reviews and product info I decided to try this. It was bad, it keeps you from passing gas which means it builds up in your gut and causes terrible belly pain. I would rather have the gas and bloating from eating gluten, then be bent over with belly pain.
This is one of those supplements that actually do what they say they do!! I absolutely notice the difference when I take these the night before, even if it's just one pill. Gaia seems to have really good quality ingredients and effective results in their supplements and the gas and bloating one is no different. One caveat is not to take these too often ie. consecutive nights in a row as it may not be as effective.
I love these capsules, they are a must have!!! I read many reviews over pills that help with feeling gassy and bloated. These were highly recommend by many woman, and compared to other charcoal pills, these were said to start working quickly showing results within 15 minutes. I bought these hoping the reviews I read were correct....and they proved right! These pills start working within 15/20 minutes. I notice a huge difference when I take them, especially with those sharp uncomfortable gas/bloating pains. I am definitely reordering....and several bottles this time!!!
I have tons of stomach issues, I’ve tried many things, and this is the first and only thing that works consistently and is 100% effective. They works so well, I felt inclined to search my orders on Amazon and write this review. I have celiac disease and IBS. I use these from time to time and they resolve all issues overnight. I recommend taking before bed, especially if you take other vitamins or medication in the AM.
Holy grail of ending gassiness, indigestion, etc is to take a chewable Digestive Enzyme tablet (Amy Meyers makes a great one!). But when you forget to take your enzymes, or if those don't quite stop the gas, these pills are AMAZING. No other gas reliever has ever really worked for me. I've tried several, and this is by far the best at getting rid of poots. Takes about 20 mintutes to work, but once it kicks in, bye bye poots.
This company ( Gaia) makes amazing products. The only thing I will say, do your research on what herbs are right for you. (Some herbs can’t be taken with certain medications) all herbs are safe but depending on what man made medications you already take you may have a bad time.But this brand does amazing work to bring us the most pure herbs, this gas and bloating does work wonders. But not to be taken everyday.
