I ordered in bulk for some upcoming classes. This is a really great deal! The blocks are solid and the strap is a great length. I use different blocks for my teaching practice, but for my students this is really great quality and much better than buying random cheap blocks. *review sourced from Gaiam

I've sporadically used blocks and a strap over the years, but someone made a comment about changing the way we think of them that sparked an ""a-ha!"" moment for me. After tearing my hamstring, most poses are difficult and I thought it would take me a long time to be able to do something like king pigeon w/ forward fold, if I ever could. Using blocks has eased me into the poses, but most importantly helped me stay in alignment as my body learns how to get into these poses again. Love these blocks & strap for use in my practice! Keep away from cats though; my fur babies see them as chew toys... *review sourced from Gaiam

Just started doing yoga so I am at the beginners level but I have been using the block. It is definitely needed for some of the moves so it works great. Will be using the strap soon.

I was hesitant to buy blocks without being able to feel them first but I thought being Gaiam I could expect quality and also thought my yoga studio used these. Unfortunately they are spongy and have lots of give so do not feel very supportive especially when inverting. I would not recommend buying the blocks but the strap is fine. *review sourced from Gaiam
