This products lasts about 10 years. I have 10 of these on 10 doors. The first thing to go is the springs and leaver starts to loosen on them and then the lock fails. They are Chinese made and that is what happens.

Looks nice but doesnt come with screws, which is ridiculous, you shouldnt have to buy these separately when theyre essential to installation.
